And they can keep it even if they never sell their home! When the home sells in the future, the cooperating broker pays us an industry standard referral feeAnd yes, while the homeowner pays less (by getting the member rewards from us), the agent will be paid a lower commission On a home such as ***'s home, the agent selling the home would earn approximately $5,if [redacted] was not in our wonderful program for homeownersIf [redacted] was in our wonderful program for homeowners, the agent would earn approximately $3,390, while [redacted] and her husband would have received $from us for being in the program So, in this example, by an agent scaring [redacted] out of the program, [redacted] will cause the agent to be paid $1,more, and [redacted] and her husband will get $less Question: Who wins and who loses if [redacted] is NOT in the program? Answer: The agent wins [redacted] and her husband lose! Our homeowner members themselves choose which of our many outstanding cooperating brokers they would like to work with when selling their homeThey may change their selection any time at no cost, as often as they like, until they enter into a listing agreement with their chosen broker to sell their home We ALWAYS put our homeowner members, our clients, first, above all elseApparently, whatever agent [redacted] spoke with does not do the same, and instead puts his or her needs above ***'s and ***'s husband's needs The 1.2% [redacted] mentionsas stated above, we have never asked a homeowner to pay us one penny, and no homeowner has ever paid us one penny To be clear, any agent who makes any statement about being or not being a part of our program is being dishonest, as no agent can ever be a part of our programonly the brokers they work for can be a part of the programAny agent who is affiliated with any of our cooperating brokers is 'a part of our program' if they want to sell our member's home, whether they want to be a part or do not want to be a part Seems pretty obvious why an agent who puts their needs above the client's needs may not like our programThe agent gets less, the homeowner gets more If the agent selling ***'s home were to earn a commission for selling ***'s home of $3,instead of $5,215, so that [redacted] and her husband could receive $from us in Member Benefits for which [redacted] would pay us $0: If the agent put in hours of time to sell the home, the agent would earn $an hour (instead of $an hour if [redacted] and her husband were not in the program) If the agent put in hours to sell ***'s home, the agent would earn $an hour (instead of $an hour if [redacted] and her husband were not in the program) So, if [redacted] thinks it is better for [redacted] and her husband to NOT receive $from us, for which [redacted] and her husband would have paid us $0, and instead [redacted] thinks her chosen agent should earn $an hour instead of $an hour, or $an hour instead of $an hour, then [redacted] indeed should not be a member of our Smart Homeowners Program (we named the program for our members) Pursuant to her wishes, despite [redacted] acknowledge in her complaint that she agreed to be in the program, we have cancelled her and her husband's registration in our program, and as a result, as [redacted] desires, we will not be paying [redacted] and her husband $(for which they would have paid $0) Thank you

To whom it may concern: Despite the [redacted] ' request to cancel being made two months after they registered to join the program, which is long after the three business day right to cancel, nonetheless, we have conditionally cancelled their registration which they now claim to have not completedWe have conditionally canceled their registration subject to their home not showing up as being for sale in the next two yearsIf the home shows up as being for sale in the next two years, this would cause us to think that the request to cancel is not legitimate, and could possibly be due to unethical behavior, and if so, we will pursue our rights under the lawThe [redacted] ' should be aware that their statement about our program being a scam is both ludicrous, and libelous, and we have referred this matter to our lawyers to consider filing a lawsuit against the [redacted] ' for making numerous unsupported statements about us which could damage our reputationThe [redacted] ' complaint to the Revdex.com contains multiple and dishonest statementsOne such statement is that Exceed is not a Revdex.com Accredited Business, which indeed it is, enjoying, and quite proud of, its A+ rating with the Revdex.comAnother statement by the [redacted] ' is that our website [redacted] .com 'proved to be invalid'It surely seems odd, and dishonest, that they claim our website URL 'proved to be invalid' when every other Internet user in the world is able to enter [redacted] .com and arrive at our websiteHomeowners pay us $to join our program, $to be in our program, $if they never sell their home, and $if they sell their home in the future using their choice of any of our many cooperating brokersIt is completely illogical, and without merit, for anyone to ever suggest we are a scamWhen, from time to time, someone makes such a foolish and unsupportable claim, we always ask 'how could this possibly be a scam', and to date, no one has ever provided an answer, which causes us to continue to know, as we have always known, that our program is wonderful for homeowners, and could never be a scamIf the [redacted] ', or anyone else, can give us any reason how our program could be a scam, please be sure to let us knowThank you
