My home loan closed end of September and I have been waiting almost a month to receive my escrow refund check from Guild Mortgage re: my (closed loan) *** I've contacted customer service times and each time I'm getting worse and worse service The agent today hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor No one can give me a tracking number or help me at all
I would think this company would want to leave a good impression on a customer leaving I guess I was wrong!
In my experience with Guild Mortgage, I found their loan officers, staff, and customer support personnel to be courteous, knowledgable and professionalCommunications are timely and accurateThey provided me with honest and helpful service

On June 3rd, My husband and I found a house that we were very interested in getting We called the Realtor *** *** from *** realty, to the house who referred us to Guild mortgage, *** ***, at The *** office in Reno, Nevada *** contacted my husband and I on Sunday the 4th of June and we started the process of getting our loan started We put an offer on the house and it was accepted, my husband and I then met with *** *** on the 8th of June to sign paperwork and go over bank statements and whatever else we had to do and that is when they told us that our loan was pre-approved, he was waiting for us to pay off some bills that I did to bring up the credit score to about *** then told us that we have to put $earnest check down to save the house while we finished loan processing *** also told us that they would not cash the check until it is all over I wrote the check on June 9th to *** Title company

This has been the worst experience of my lifeThey are extremely incompetent and inexperienced They don't meet deadlines and have zero customer service The Branch manager is the leader of a sinking ship and this company is going down without a life boat I will never refer this company to anyone, anywhere for any reason My advice to thw owners of Guild Mortgage *** *** is losing this company plenty of money, get rid of him and start and find new leadership
They are holding the remainder of insurance money that we need to finish our basement! We have to come up with the money ourselves and I just started chemo and can't deal with anymore of their crap!
