The listing agent for our company spoke with the sellers regarding the listing of the property as they wanted to have the property listed several different ways They wanted the home with a smaller portion of acreage, the home with all the acreage and then some of the acreage without the homeThe listing agent explained to them that they would need to sign some additional listing paperwork to list the property the way the sellers had requested They refused to sign any additional paperwork They then talked and discussed their concerns with the advertising and the listing agent made the required corrections with the exception of the additional listing paperwork needing signatures from the seller to list another way.The sellers did stop into our Shawano location and speak with another agent there who stated he felt comfortable with his conversation he had with the sellers that we would make the requested changes to the listing and the seller was good to move forward with the contract.When I was contacted by the seller directly, they had indicated that they had spoke to another agent from another company and that they no longer wanted to be listed with our company I explained that there were under a contract with us, gave them the option of working with another agent from our company, and when they said that would not be acceptable I released them from their contract They were hesitant to sign another piece of paper with me but explained that it would need to be signed in order to release them from the already enforceable contract.We then removed the listing from MLS once we received their signatures and shows "expired" in our MLS Any other online advertising such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etcis all syndicated and the listing is removed however their procedures indicate We do not have access or control to change it through the other online advertising.I have attached both the MLS history screen as well as a spec sheet that shows the listing is EXPIREDThis is all we have access to change He is free from our contract and able to list with another agent
