Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I was in contact with [redacted] by phone and had informed her that we were still not happy with the proposal the cost was still high, she was working to see what other options she may be able to add to make it cost effective for us I feel that since I was in contact with her by phone and she knew we were not happy with the cost, she should have not allowed the auto renewal to take affect I understand that this is there policy, but if a member is in contact with their customer rep then it should not happen also, since this time I have been kicked out of the web site and have no access to it, and have not for several months.I still am requesting that a full refund be issued for this charge Regards, [redacted]

[Experian's main database may be correct to the general public though we would have to pay a fee just to see that. However, the Experian Report available for free through nav.com is still incorrect. In view of the fact that Experian does not provide customer *** of any kind, we have cancelled our membership in Smart Business ReportsWe have joined *** & *** which provides much more detail and ***Our rating with *** is It costs more, but it is well worth it*** is a more well respected report than Experian

Experian Business Credit's inaccurate business and trade reporting is affecting *** & *** ***' ability to conduct day to day business operations Waiting for Experian to correct these inaccuracies in a period of days or more is unacceptable *** & *** *** needs to be able to conduct business in a professional and timely manner without the "UNWANTED INTRUSION" of Experian Business Credit Experian Business Credit has a staff of customer service representatives that are unwilling to assist or correct their mistakes Their reporting of inaccurate information is unprofessional and uncalled for
