I was in contact with [redacted] by phone and had informed her that we were still not happy with the proposal.  the cost was still high, she was working to see what other options she may be able to add to make it cost effective for us.  i feel that since I was in contact with her by phone and she knew we were not happy with the cost, she should have not allowed the auto renewal to take affect.  i understand that this is there policy, but if a member is in contact with their customer rep then it should not happen.  also, since this time I have been kicked out of the web site and have no access to it, and have not for several months.I still am requesting that a full refund be issued for this charge.

January 20, 2015 regarding the above mentioned business complaint. Our mission is to assist consumers with credit report issues.Our research indicates that the business was provided with a renewal option of their existing contract with Experian Business Information Solutions. The pricing was not acceptable to the business so approval was obtained to submit a revised quote which was then submitted to the business. The Experian Account Executive did not hear back from the business and per the original contract, the contract went into automatic renewal. The contract allows Experian Business Information Solutions to renew the contract automatically if a 30 day cancellation notice is not received. Also, the association has not been late on any payments to any vendors for years. Unless the report I have not actually received actually corrects the low credit score, this doesn't address the issues I have.

Our business report was updated, but there are still items that we dispute.  Experian is still refusing to disclose what trade-lines are delinquent and what company is reporting them as delinquent.  We can not address or correct these reporting errors with knowing what companies to contact.  Again, this is effecting our day to day business operations.   We need immediate assistance, not just a simple email every other week.  We need the Revdex.com to be proactive in bringing this issue to a conclusion.

Experian Business Credit Score is reported to be 40 (moderate to high because Experian claims that “You should attempt to use more accounts each month, or contact the tradeline supplier to ensure they are reporting your activity each month.”  Main stream traders do not self report to Experian for business accounts because they are unreliable.  Please see Kilda Group’s attached Dun & Bradstreet business credit report which completely contradicts the “Experian Business Credit Score.”  If Experience cannot correct their error, then they must either remove my company (Kilda Group) 100% from their database or remove our “Experian Business Credit Score” completely when reporting on my company otherwise they are libel.

Our business received a generic response indicating Experian resolved the matter to Experian's satisfaction but our business was not provide any further details nor a copy of the corrected Experian Business Credit report for our business to substantiate their claims.   Experian has indicated our business MUST PURCHASE A COPY of their Experian Business Credit Report on our company and if there are any issues open up a new Business Dispute.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.  Our company has been most patient and professional and has asked for Experian's assistance and they have been excrutiatingly slow and difficult.   We have recorded all phone conversations with Experian and have all their responses by email and U.S. Mail and we have contacted an attorney regarding this matter, the damage to our company and the undetermined status it remains in.One would think that Experian both has a responsibility to report accurate information and would be willing to assist our company and receive our company's assistance verifying that the information Experian reports is accurate.We will not be satisfied until our company receives a Complimentary Copy of our Experian Business Credit Report for BIN#[redacted] and is able to determine that Experian is reporting accurate information regarding our company!   Regards,
