This is my "Goto" site for answers to problems I can't solve any other way The community of experts here are all IT professionals who have been in the same position with tough problems and so helping other IT professionals is important to them There are many times Experts Exchange has been the only place I've gotten the right answer and sometimes the only answer!

I joined the Experts Exchange a couple of months ago and I've found the site to be very helpfulThe site's moderators do a good job of keeping posts on topic and meaningfulAs a Developer the site has greatly boosted my satisfaction level with helping others through this online mediumKudos to the Experts Exchange Team for striving to constantly improve their service

Experts Exchange is a must-have resource for IT Professionals who do troubleshooting I purchased a membership a few years ago and found the site to be extremely helpful I didn't renew when my membership was up and constantly found myself needing to access content on the site Needless to say, I have now renewed my membership and won't let it lapse again

Very professional and user friendly site The difference between this and other sites is the qualityYou will find the answers given here and in a completely different category than what you will find elsewhere New interface makes life a lot easier!

Hands down, the single most trusted collaborative forum for ALL technology questions and helpThe vast range of knowledge and experience that you will encounter in this community will surely get you either back up-and-running, or moving on to the next phase of your project with confidence

Experts Exchange is a great resource to solve mainly IT problems but since it is a forum, other types of questions are asked and experts respond It is a worthwhile investment in solving IT issuesThe customer helpline is one of the best I have ever encountered I would recommend this to anyone who needs ongoing IT support but has a limited budget

I have been using Experts Exchange since and have always been able to find the answers to all my questionsI couldn't do my job without Experts Exchange! Dave Z

Experts Exchange is the first place I go look for answers to my IT questions Normally, whatever problem I am having someone has had and it has been posted on there Normally with several detailed answers as to how to solve the problem The few times I have not found my question and had to create my own question I have been very impressed by the amount of knowledgeable people contributing to the answers

I have used Experts Exchange many times when I needed help with a Crystal Reports The answers from the experts on this site have always been accurate and received in a short time period While I have only used Experts Exchange for answers regarding Crystal Reports, I believe all of the experts on this site are as talented as the ones who have helped me I recommend Experts Exchange to anyone who needs help with any software or hardware question

Experts Exchange is a not just a website for techies and tech professionals to hang out and chat, it is also a tool
I have used EE (Experts Exchange) to find answers to seemingly difficult questions and to also read the great articles that are written by its members
There honestly isn't a bad thing I can say about Experts Exchange It has been a great resource of information on all things technology related and I "always" recommend that my colleagues go and take a look at the website and, ultimately, create a premium membership and take full advantage of what Experts Exchange has to offer

as the solution on January 14th, Her comment indicates that the
problem she posted required her to hire a 3D designer to complete the original
task
All records on Ms***’s account and in our Customer Support case management system indicate that a
request for cancellation has not been received by Customer Support regarding
Ms***’s subscriptionAll cancellation requests must be handled by a live
agentExperts Exchange has extended the Customer Support office hours from the
original 8am-5pm PST Monday-Friday hours to 5am-8pm PST Monday-Friday to
accommodate differences in time zone for customers located on the east coast of
the U.Sand international customersWe accept cancellation requests by phone,
livechat, and if necessary by email
As a result of this
complaint, the Customer Support department has cancelled Ms***’s subscription to prevent any future charges from taking placeUnfortunately,
the previous subscription charges made on this account are not eligible for

This is an invaluable site for anyone who works in any branch of information technologyIt is definitely worth the money to subscribe

I have not used or logged into the Experts Exchange service in over years I noticed that it was still auto-charging my American Express account this month When I tried to reach out via a customer service representative, the continual responses were "sorry, you didn't cancel per our policies." I haven't used the service in over years, do not have the login or email used for original service I had hoped they would understand that consistently charging a client that is not longer a customer or user in years would be understandable

Experts Exchange is a great learning platform where people exchange ideas, help out other folks and learn a lot
It is probably also one of the only platforms where there is such a huge variety of topics to ask for and answer to

All memberships with Experts Exchange bill on an on-going basis,
and renew automatically in accordance with the subscription plan chosen by the
customerIn order to stop future subscription charges, customers must submit a
request to cancel
their membershipCancellation requests can be submitted by
phone, and live chatCancellation requests submitted by email are handled by
our Customer Retention Specialists as all cancellations must be processed by a
live agent
MsD*** has been a member of Experts Exchange since
Her original account has history of cancellation and reactivationIn
Nov2013, she created a new account at our current standard Monthly price of
$No request for cancellation has been received by our Customer Support
department, therefore, her subscription continued to bill each month
As a long-time member of our community, MsD*** is
eligible to receive her previous monthly subscription pricing by contacting
Customer Support by phone, email, or live chatPromotions and discounts of
this nature are only available through the Customer Support department
At this time, MsD***’s subscription has been cancelled
as a result of this complaintThere have been a total of $Monthly
charges dated Nov26th, Dec26th and Jan26th
The $charges from Decand Janare eligible for return as a “Credit
Balance” which can be used toward future purchases
Unfortunately, these charges are ineligible for refund for
the following reasons: MsD***
created this as a new account, choose to be billed monthly at the rate of
$19.95, and agreed to be billed until a request for cancellation was submitted
As of the 26th of Jan2014, no request for cancellation was received;
therefore, the cancellation request submitted via this complaint has been
processed and will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle which
is Feb26th
