I joined Experts-Exchange several years ago because I knew I did not have the technical skills to complete all the tasks my own job asked of me. Because technology is forever changing growing and improving. I was not used to it. The great thing about Experts-Exchange is that they were always there ready to answer a question in areas I did not understand. Mathematical calculations. A few of the experts even became my friends. To just say that Experts-Exchange delivers service would be an understatement. They go above beyond and through solutions for people. It is the best investment I make every year. Now because of the Experts at Experts-Exchange some accuse me of being an expert in my field. I can't make that claim for myself but their efforts give me confidence that I can get anything done for my clients. You see, I grew up working on a farm shoveling manure so I know what work feels like. It was not until the day Apple made a computer a household could afford. My father bought me one of the early Apple IIe computers that changed my life. He said I have given you tools to choose what path you want to take in life. I choose the computer quickly. I learned from my father and Experts-Exchange that with the right tools, effort and a little help from a friend when you need it that you can accomplish anything. I thank Experts-Exchange every day of my life for the quality and service they provide. They help me keep the lights on and the bills paid. I am truly indebted to them. Thank you EE.

Experts Exchange is awesome!

As I branch out and learn new skills, it is so nice to know that I can count on Experts Exchange to assist me when I run into issues. When I have asked a question, not only has someone always quickly reached out to me, but I have always truly received “expert” advice.

From the comfort in knowing that I can get my questions answered quickly to the wealth of information that is available on their site, Experts Exchange is definitely a valuable resource.

Review: I signed up for a 30-day trial. I did not use the site after the first few days. I noticed a charge for a one-year subscription on my credit card yesterday. I called today to cancel and remove this charge. I was offered a one month charge instead of one year. I reminded them that my free trial expired 2 days ago so paying for 30 days was unfair. They would not reduce my fee any lower than for 30 days.Desired Settlement: My fee should be reduced to 2 days which equals $0.86; not a full month.There should also be a reminder sent out that a trial period is about to end.

Mr. [redacted] signed up for our 30-day free trial on June 10th, 2013, and selected to be billed Annually after the trial ended. All free trials convert to the selected subscription plan on the date specified on our registration page, in our "Welcome" email and in the billing section of the "My Account" page. Our registration page details how your account will be billed after your trial, your first billing date, and that you can cancel anytime before that billing date and you will not be charged. A perfect company. I have been with membership since 1998. I have had Zero issues with EE. Always deligent to answer questions , just a wonderful site to learn about all issues with IT. Never a dull moment in EE. They have saved me HOURS in coding time.

This is by far the best website to get accurate information on technical software or devices. When I am needing infomation to help me with an issue, my very first stop is Experts Exchange. They normally have the answer I am looking for and are referenced in many answers on the internet.

I have have a very enriching experience visiting this site. Experts Exchange is "the place" for getting answers to your question where Google fails to fetch the solution. Instant, accurate and working solutions given by experienced geeks will make the life so easy for you. Whenever you need immediate and instant solution that is needed to make your job easy, Experts Exchange is the place to go.

I could not be happier with my subscription to Experts Exchange. I have been a member for many years and, in this day and age of free online forums, I gladly pay the small monthly fee for Experts Exchange because of the speed, accuracy, tolerance for my limited knowledge, and enthusiasm that they reply by. This might well be the best spent money my small business has ever invested.

Review: The company is charging my credit card since 2011 without having me subscribe to any of their monthly subscriptions. I used their service once (one time charge) when I provided my credit card information. They used that information an setup my profile as a PREMIUM SERVICE account.The company also does not want to reimburse the money into my account.I am very disappointed that a company that claims to provide services to professionals is capable of using those unprofessional techniques. I personally consider it a fraud, and they should be banned in selling their services by using the client personal credit card information without a proper authorization.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to reimburse the amount that was charge from my credit card without my authorization.Thank you.

Great site that's helped me learn a lot over the years. I've learned 3 programming languages from scratch!

I have been using Experts Exchange for may years and can say it is one of the best services available to get answers for technical questions. I would highly recommend using Experts Exchange if you have questions that you cannot answer.

Review: I signed up for an account in January because I needed help with a topic that the site said they cover. It turned out that was misleading and they don't actually cover the topic I needed, so I never got anything for my money. I attempted to cancel but they don't allow cancelling online, they make me jump through a hoop and call for cancellation. After a few attempts I still can't ever get through when I call. Today the message just said nobody is available to take my call. I also can't remove my credit card from their auto-billing.Desired Settlement: I need them to refund my money and remove my credit card from their auto-billing.

Ms. [redacted] posted a new

question on January 5th, 2014 entitled “Export from Blender to

ZPrint with textures”. Ms. [redacted] closed the question by accepting her own comment

as the solution on January 14th, 2014. Her comment indicates that the

problem she posted required her to hire a 3D designer to complete the original

task.

All records on Ms. [redacted]’s account and in our Customer Support case management system indicate that a

request for cancellation has not been received by Customer Support regarding

Ms. [redacted]’s subscription. All cancellation requests must be handled by a live

agent. Experts Exchange has extended the Customer Support office hours from the

original 8am-5pm PST Monday-Friday hours to 5am-8pm PST Monday-Friday to

accommodate differences in time zone for customers located on the east coast of

the U.S. and international customers. We accept cancellation requests by phone,

livechat, and if necessary by email.

As a result of this

complaint, the Customer Support department has cancelled Ms. [redacted]’s subscription to prevent any future charges from taking place. Unfortunately,

the previous subscription charges made on this account are not eligible for

refund as a request for cancellation was not submitted before Ms. [redacted]'s most

recent billing date.

In an effort to finalize Ms. Andrews’ case and come to satisfactory resolution, the Experts Exchange Customer

Engagement Manager has further evaluated Ms. Andrews’ account and determined

that a refund can be issued for all charges following her initial upgrade fee.

Ms. Andrews was billed on a Monthly basis for $19.95 starting on January 5th,

2014.

Despite Ms. Andrews’ continued login activity to

www.experts-exchange.com, all subscription renewal charges have been refunded

to date bringing her total refund amount to $79.80. In no circumstance would

Ms. Andrews be eligible for a refund of her initial subscription charge of

$19.95 dated January 5th, 2014.

As previously stated, Experts

Exchange provides its customers with two methods for contacting Customer Support

to cancel their membership. These methods include telephone, and online chat

with a Customer Support Representative. The Customer Support department also

monitors other channels for customer complaints, feedback, and cancellation requests. These channels include facebook posts, community support questions

on experts-exchange.com, twitter, and email.

I am rejecting this response because:

As I mentioned in my original complaint, the Experts Exchange website claimed to cover the topic that I needed help on, however once I subscribed and posted my question it turned out that their claim had been misleading and in fact their site did not cover the area of expertise that I needed in order to get any experts to reply to my question. I had to close my own question after not getting any responses. That was when I attempted on several occasions (hence my "logins") to cancel my subscription, unsuccessfully, and had these continued issues that resulted in my complaint through Revdex.com.

Experts Exchange has some nerve to mislead customers into subscribing, then to be this much of a pain in the as for cancellations and refunds. Experts Exchange says they will under no circumstances refund my initial subscription fee, well I will under no circumstances back down from this complaint against a fraudulent customer that steals from their customers. So it seems we're at a standstill.

I love experts exchange. As a software developer, I have many questions that only certain other developers may be able to help me with. Experts exchange not only connects me to them to get this help, but I even use the service to just get a second opinion on something technical that I'm trying to accomplish. I usually get a helpful answer in under fifteen minutes! It's truly awesome!

This has been a great resource for me with personal and professional projects. I can always find a informed, professional about most anything. Literally, it guided my current new job to success.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this site. So wish I would of found it sooner. The experts on here have saved me on many occasions.
