Initial Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2015/09/28) */
In response to complaint # XXXXXXXX we verify that this claim is invalid and unsupported based on thorough documentation. This particular client does contract with Express Employment Professionals for real positions. Express is required to...

screen for and meet a number of skill and qualification requirements. They contact Express weeks in advance to process applicants through the agreed upon testing and screening process. During the process Express offered the applicant several temporary positions until final selections were made in attempts to ensure that the applicant had an opportunity to work and earn a paycheck, however, those offers were declined. Throughout this process Express identified that this particular candidate did not meet the minimum hiring criteria, and was not selected for the position. Express continues to offer this applicant job opportunities in our given territory for which they qualify.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 15, 2015/09/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
My complaint is valid as my skills were over the testing percentage of the client [redacted] and I was even told by [redacted], that I tested almost 100% for the job position. It only required to have mathematical skills and logical filing knowledge for the position at which I was over the testing at close to 100%.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although, I will never seek employment through a Staffing Agency where a Staffing Consultant knows me from a previous Staffing Company and listens through the walls of the Manager's office and forms a conclusion about what the Manager and I are talking loudly about.

I am so happy that I went to Express Employment Professionals for help in finding employment. They were very professional and found me a position right away. I started as a temporary with the position they placed me in with [redacted] I was hired in by the company after my probationary period. I told Express what I was looking for and they matched me with the perfect company. I LOVE MY JOB! I plan on retiring from this company.

Thank you Express for all your help.

Regarding the matter of [redacted]. There are many untruths to this story. Mr.[redacted] purchased his truck in 09/13. At that time he purchased the Auto Armour paint protection. A week after purchase [redacted] showed up at our dealership yelling and swearing that he had a paint defect. This was...

witnessed by my office manager. She was frightened. I took him outside and calmed him down. I looked at his truck and determined that t had been run through a carwash and wax was used. (I have seen this many times). [redacted] denied that truck was ran through a car wash but myself and my detail manager determined that to be the case.

Despite that, I reapplied the procuct at no extra charge. Then on March 12th of 2014 [redacted] came back to the dealership again yelling and swearing on our show floor t hat his truck had another defect. I again calmed him down and walked outside with him. I reminded him that our service manager took digital images of the alleged defect and Chrysler warranty denied the claim. At that point [redacted] began to yell and threaten me. ( I had a showfloor full of witnesses) I then told [redacted] that I am done with him alld started to walk in side. At that point he said" Oh yeah, just walk inside like the[redacted] baby that you are" . He then gave me the finger and drove off. Later on in the evening his wife called me and asked what happened. She apologized for [redacted]'s behavior. I told her that I am a golden glove boxer and a blackbelt in tae kwon do so I know how to remain calm in those situations. NEVER did I threaten anyone and in fact told his wife that I will take care of vehicle as long as SHE brings it to my store. I will continue to honor the reapplication of our product for [redacted]s truck as long as his wife brings it in. My salespeople AND service manager do not want to deal with [redacted].

Thank you,

RE: ID#11309857In response to the complaint filed by [redacted], ID#11309857. The complaint was filed on behalf of a former resident [redacted]. In response to the complaint, the terms of the lease agreement are clearly listed. Paradise Village takes no responsibility for personal belongings...

and requires residents to hold “renter’s insurance” for their personal property. The owner (Partner in the LLC) coordinated with the family once the need to transition to hospice was determined. The former resident [redacted] resided in Paradise Village for almost two years, during which time the property is unaware of items given to fellow residents. The allegations made by the former Assistant Executive Director Chris Davi, are concerning as his employment ended on March 28, 2016. Any statements made by this former employee are not within the standards Paradise Village would condone. Our property has an excellent record regarding property theft and/or damage. Any and all property that was identified was returned promptly once the situation was discovered. Many items were marked as donate which was done so at the time of the incident on January 25, 2016.  As a local business we take all concerns and complaints seriously, we are in response of a civil matter served to us in regards to this complaint. Our goal is to resolve this matter to the best of our ability and ensure the family is satisfied with the resolution.Sincerely,Michelle P[redacted], Director of OperationsParadise Village Senior Living Community

I have attached supporting documents in regard to [redacted]s account.   In August we did both a property evaluation and a respray to her lawn at no charge- please see documents.  The lawn was not dead but was struggling due to lack of water and mowing too low. I spoke with...

[redacted] and each time we went to her house she was unable to be there due to her work schedule. I have no issue refunding $47.03 to [redacted] on her credit card. We do offer a weed free guarantee, but we cannot repair cultural practices.  I would be more than happy to resolve this issue.

I had an appointment with a team member. When she came towards me she didn't greet me, she acted as if she didn't know my name nor did she shake my hand. Whereas before, she smiled and greeted the last client. When I went into her office she sat me down. She acted as if I was fabricating my story about my 2nd shift job. She stated that she thought [redacted] School System worked 9am-5pm. I said, I work for a visually impaired school and we have students that live on campus. This shift is 2nd shift. When I explained my job situation, she stated it made more sense because she never heard of a school working 2nd shift. She made it seem as if I was fabricating my job hours. She asked would I be available to work any job. I said "Yes, I would be willing to work any job."
She replied "Housekeeping." I said when you say housekeeping do you mean "Residential" housekeeping . She said no, more like colleges. She said it doesn't seem like you want to do that, so how will you put effort into it. She said, "I can't help you, you've wasted our time and yours." She said you're looking for summer work and we can't help you." I said, over the phone you stated you could work with me with needing a summer job. I said, " it's not that I don't want to do this job", I wanted to see what other options you had. She stated she had no options for me. She said well this is a staffing agency and you might need a temp agency. I told her over the phone I needed a summer job, and she was find with it yesterday. She was very short with me for some reason. Anytime I say something she talk over me. Basically, it ended with I've wasted your time and I have no summer work for you. She continued to cut me off. I was in there for over an hour filling out paper work.
I asked to speak to the manager. I explained what transpired and she stated that what I said was not true. I explained how the team member made it seem as if I lied. She said don't say lie, and I said but she did. I said would fabricate be better?
I have every right to share my complaint. She kept reiterating that the team member does well with clients. I stated she didn't do well with me. I told her how I found her team member to be very unprofessional and even started to cry. She didn't show no compassion. She acted as if my complaint wasn't true. The manager snatched the business card out of my hand when I asked for corporates number.
I looked at her and said "Did you just snatch the card out of my hand?" She didn't respond, she just looked at me and said "You search for corporates number on our website." She refused to give it to me and told me to contact the owner. She told me to leave and said she had a meeting. She said she couldn't help me with this situation. She rushed me out of her office, mean eyeing me and made me feel very uncomfortable. My feelings should matter and as a manager she showed it didn't. If names are needed I will provide them. I wasn't sure if I could provide names on this site.

I doubt very strongly this is the first complaint coming from a client. I work in a professional place and would never treat anyone the way I was treated. The manager stated she was a new manager and made me feel even worse. Why would a team member treat me well, if there manager doesn't have a professionalism for the public. I've tried to call corporate on this matter but they state I have to talk to the owner. When I call to talk to the owner her voicemail gets cut off.

This place is very disrespectful to say the least! They treat you like a day laborer (worse). They are very contradicting and they have POOR people skills and they don't handle appointments or phone calls in a professional manner. They cannot compare to other agencies! They are not ACCREDITED and should never be. They can't handle their own policies and procedures and should not be judging anyone else on being employed. I even called several of their franchises to file a complaint and got numbers to accounting offices and cruise line information (BIG JOKE) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! They seriously act like you are wasting theirs! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Good Evening,As previously stated, the reservation in it's entirety, including cancellation policy, was entered in to and agreed upon by the Consumer both via their booking source (Expedia) and then again at the Hotel Front Desk. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
In regards to [redacted]'s statement he left out his rude behavior to me as witnessed by my wife and then my son. Another Dodge dealership contradicted his statement on the second defect and fixed the problem no question of being a defect. The door was out of alignment. As far as the "car wash" causing the problem with the spotting problem with the paint we did not take it to the car wash, it rained. I as having been a professional detailer know this product and if properly applied would not spot. After it was reapplied by another detailer outside of his shop there was never another occurrence of the spotting. We have had several other professional opinions contradicting [redacted]s claims. We just want a refund on the remainder of the detail package as my wife and I do NOT trust the general manager, service manager or their detail shop and do not wish to do business with them. He claims "old fashioned  service" at his dealership which is not what we received. Any one is going to get upset when they are treated poorly after purchasing a $36000 vehicle promised to be taken care of and then get nothing but an argument on following through everytime. We had been advised to file the lemon law for all the problems we encountered. We have heard other people complain about the service there and do not wish to return where we obviously are not welcome.  We are happy with the other dealership as they are more than happy to take care of our vehicle.

The bed was not previously broken, however after an hour of the guest being in the room the guest called stating that the bed was broken. When the supervisor went to the room the supervisor spoke to the wife who mentioned that it was broken and that no one had been on it except for the son. And that...

he was just going back and forth between the two beds. When maintenance looked into the broken bed the wood was freshly broken and was obvious that it had been broken recently and from the conversation with the supervisor and wife it had been broken from the son jumping back and forth between the beds.

I was able to vacate the unit a few days ago. I got a call and showed up within 1 hr. I have not been unwilling to pay. I was not able to pay due to an insurance payment snafu that I relied on to keep my unit paid up. I was sepsrated from my employer since sept 10 and that prevented me from making my usual payments. I am furiously seeking work but in the interim..I needed a break of some kind.  My unit only had thirty photo albums and loads of unfiled personal documents. The only item of sentiment and value that they could sell to satisfy the storage fees would be the 42 inch new tv that I stored in there. It is a very nice tv with advanced sound and razor sharp picture setting options.  ..I got it at target on sale for 378.00.. I am satisfied with the trade off although I am losing much morr than the fees have added up to.  Case closed..moving on. Thanks to all

Review: This the second time that Express Employment has been disrespectful and unethical. After a positive conversation first with A Kirsten B[redacted] last summer and again with a Jim B[redacted] on 5/19/2016, I was told regardless of background search to give them a call and we would discuss findings and work with me. Granted, my background is not st[redacted]ar but there is nothing bad and not workable according to both employees. My background is far uinder the $5,000 threshold B[redacted] told me about. He said to call him this past Monday AM and we would discuss background and how he may help me find employment. I did as asked. He not only did not take my phone call but never returned it. This is totally unprofessional and unethical. The same can be stated about B[redacted] but this time was too much not to file a complaint. Of course nothing will come of this but I intend not only to follow through with this but also the appropriate professional licensing board. To verbally say one thing then not have the ethics to follow through is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: That they change their unethical and unprofessional behavior.

Review: I walked into this establishment looking for employment, instead I received nothing but attitude and horrible customer service. I tried to resolve the issue and instead I was treated unfair and was told that I would not considered a position due to my attitude.Desired Settlement: This company should be fined for their services and how they treat people.
