We feel that the complaint that our oil change somehow damaged the power steering system is unfounded for the following reasons: Certified mechanical technicians, including dealership techs, concur that regardless of whether the complainant is right or wrong about our putting incorrect fluid in the power steering font or that we over filled the font, the power steering system would not have been damaged immediately as alleged Any resulting damages by using the incorrect fluid or overfilling would take a significant amount of time to occur The damage had to have been done prior to the oil change We categorically deny that we used the wrong fluid or overfilled the power steering font We use fluids specified by each vehicle manufacturer and the hood tech involved recalls vividly NOT overfilling When we suggested consulting with the dealership about whether or not a damaged power steering system would be covered under warranty, the complainant's companion said they had already checked into that and it would not be covered That certainly implies that the complainant knew about the power steering problem BEFORE COMING TO EXPRESS OIL CHANGE The fact that the car was wrecked by contact with a deer, as admitted by claimant, most certainly opens up the possibility that even though the damages were thought to have been repaired, there could have been additional damages to the power steering system in that collision that may have been missed by a repair facility

I, [redacted] have spoken with Ms [redacted] about this issueWe have determined that is was a miscommunication error at the time of customer coming into our place of businessI have inform the customer about this matter, and we are willing to refund the customer the full amount

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although the vehicle had been involved in an accident and the damage had been repaired previously plays a big factor in this complaintThe vehicle had been driven to and from my employment and other places as wellThe vehicle had been driven even after being repaired and prior to getting the oil changed My vehicle has been maintained since I purchased it with the exception of a late oil changeThe business certified techs looked at my vehicle and attempted to turn the wheel and couldn't, and walked awayThe fact that it wasn't covered is irrelevant because it didn't start malfunctioning until I left this businessI drive this vehicle everyday and have had no problems out of it until nowThe certified technicians the business has didn't even know what the problem was or how to fix it Regards, [redacted]

Please see the attachment where we detail what happened on 11/13/when the complainant came in for an oil change The conclusion drawn from the facts listed is that the complaint is unfounded because any damage to her power steering system happened prior to the oil change on that date - most likely from a wreck a companion of the complainant told us about We solicited opinions from certified technicians that say even if incorrect fluid was used or too much fluid was used as charged by complainant, the power steering system would not have failed within minutes of the customer leaving our facility Besides that, we categorically deny that the incorrect fluid was used nor that the reservoir was overfilled

Me and my husband were on our way to our honeymoonOur check engine light came on in KentuckyWe drove to Georgia because nothing seemed wrong the car was driving perfectlyWe had an autozone next to the express oil change check the codesThey told us we had misfiresWe went next door to the express oil change and they told us we need a tune upWe trusted that they'd fix the problemThey changed our spark plugs and also did an electronic start tune upEveryone that I've talked to has never even heard of an electronic start tune upThey charged us $My husband asked if anything else was wrong with the car and the mechanic told us noTwo hours later our car broke down completelyI called them to complain because they had said we were safe to driveWhen I called they came up with a list of a ton of things "wrong" with the carI don't know a lot about cars but I know that everything he listed wouldn't make a car break downThey told me they'd tow us to another express oil

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I would like to discuss this with *** The reason it became contentuoswas *** began Blaming US which upset me and he proceeded to HANGUP on me We never asked to have the grass installed inside of the sprinklers as it would have been impossible as we havesprinkler inside the grass My husband told him we wanted the sprinklers incorporated in the grass so we could rinse it down after dogs wet on it I was very specific in the fact I wanted it exactlywere we had placed the tarp and blocks around the area He measured the area and said 15xwhich was exactly what we wanted Again lot more detail I have pictures I can show you where welaid out our landscaping in Hope we can come to solution We never saw drawings *** sent

This is still an open issue. The owner has agreed to replace the turf, but the work has not been done and this issue began in January of 2018. I have included my email communication from him. This will be closed when the work is performed as per his promise. I am forwarding an email from *** to your directly.Thanks

review the charges and they are in line with our corporate pricing matrix and policyI did also verify pricing and charges with another reputable chain in town and the overall price was comparableAt the time of service we provided discounts up front to assist our customer with the repairsIt is our company's mission statement to provide a premium service at a premium priceWe only hire top notch and well qualified personnelI am a gulf war veteran and employee several veterans at our locationsAs such we will never be the least expensive or cheapest in townWe will however provide top notch service with speed and integrity at all times.I would however like to offer Ms*** (2) complimentary full service oil changes for customer satisfactionShe can redeem them by coming by the Whittlesey locationThank you*** ***

The staff at this location went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with a battery change out in a dead vehicle *** was very helpful taking time from his personal schedule to help me out I highly recommend this location based on their professional attitude and excellent customer service!

your issue. Our Senior Crew Leader was scheduled to inspect the work and fix the problem. We seemed to have a clear resolution. He did inspect the project and discovered what happened and how to best resolve it We have an A+ Revdex.com rating. Our record is solid. This type of occurrence with dogs has never happened before with more than years and 1,000’s of installations for dog owners. Problems typically have a solution, and we do solve them because we do warranty our workmanship. A deer was hit with my vehicle last month, but was fully repaired two weeks agoI have been driving the vehicle since then with no problems until 11/13/I can provide all the necessary paperwork to prove that
