Hello Revdex.com,I will have you speak to [redacted] about this, perhaps.  According to him, the client had sprinklers and wanted them outside of the turf area.  That meant that we would bring the edging in and not cover them with turf and NOT cut around them.  This is why 18 to 20 inches of turf...

had to be cut from the side.I am confused as to why this became contentious, and am not happy to hear that it became confusing. This should not be confusing to the customer or the sales person, and I prefer that these are clearer from the beginning.  Even the drawing from [redacted] shows 13.5 feet wide, and not 15 feet wide.  It would be helpful if the customer had a copy of the drawing, too.I would like to call the customer to discuss this.  If they wanted the sprinklers left outside of the turf area, then that is exactly what we did. We did what they wanted.  It is not uncommon to cut turf to fit the needs and desires of the customer.  If now, after looking at it, they WISH the area was bigger, then the question is about fault.  Are they now changing their mind and blaming it on us?  Or, did we make a mistake.  If it is our mistake, or if now they have a new desire to have the turf area wider, we can handle that.  If it is our mistake then it will be handled at no cost.  If it is a new desire and change wanted (after looking at it completed), then it is a change order and we will charge a fair price for the change order. Thanks,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although the vehicle had been involved in an accident and the damage had been repaired previously plays a big factor in this complaint. The vehicle had been driven to and from my employment and other places as well. The vehicle had been driven even after being repaired and prior to getting the oil changed.  My vehicle has been maintained since I purchased it with the exception of a late oil change. The business certified techs looked at my vehicle and attempted to turn the wheel and couldn't, and walked away. The fact that it wasn't covered is irrelevant because it didn't start malfunctioning until I left this business. I drive this vehicle everyday and have had no problems out of it until now. The certified technicians the business has didn't even know what the problem was or how to fix it.

Please see the attachment where we detail what happened on 11/13/15 when the complainant came in for an oil change.  The conclusion drawn from the facts listed is that the complaint is unfounded because any damage to her power steering system happened prior to the oil change on that date - most...

likely from a wreck a companion of the complainant told us about.  We solicited opinions from certified technicians that say even if incorrect fluid was used or too much fluid was used as charged by complainant, the power steering system would not have failed within minutes of the customer leaving our facility.  Besides that, we categorically deny that the incorrect fluid was used nor that the reservoir was overfilled.

The facts as stated by Mr. [redacted] are not entirely accurate. I never indicated that I owned the business. I told him I was the Manager as is indicated on my shirt.
Mr [redacted]'s vehicle was damaged prior to our service. The skid plate was not original...

equipment and it was bent back damaging the bolt threads.
 
I offered to make the needed repairs at no expense but was unable too as my mechanic shop was booked for the day and Mr. [redacted] arrived close to closing time. Even though I was offering to do it for free the following day Mr. [redacted] insisted I do it right now. I physically could not.
I will pass this onto our Corporate claims officer for advisement.
I will respond back after receiving council.
My normal business practice is to take care of my Boss the customer but every once in a while we run into one who is just unreasonable.
