[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have received the paperwork from the mechanic saying that it was authorized at labor rate which is the rate set by gwc and this ammo service dept My car was scheduled to be completed on Friday I get a call saying that my car is done but gwc isn't going to pay the rate that was agreed So I had to come up with the difference myself The owner of ammco Was also told that he was getting the rate which was approved by a representative of gwcAlso after numerous conversations with gwc always talking about the claim and the quote that was sent in at the rate which was approved they never a aid anything about the difference I rate until the end of the wotk.Regards, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: first off I'm not the primary person on the purchase of the truck but I am the co signer and primary driver of itThe service records that they claim we were unable to provide is a lieWhen I was first asked for them I went to the shop where it was done and had them print me a copy of the maintenceApparently their computer system prints the copy with the current date, rather than the date service was preformedAfter being told that wasn't "a valid document" I offered to give them the contact info to the shopI was told that they were not willing to contact themI met with the owner of the shop a few days later and went through boxes of receipts until I found the originalHe made me a copy which I submitted along with a dated bank statement to prove that was when service was preformedJoe Patrick claimed the document had been fraudulently "doctored" which was not the caseMy fiancé runs a medical clinic and adheres to the strict policies required for insurance billing, OSHA regulations and HIPPA requirements so we take accusations of fraud very seriousFor the supervisor of the company to claim that plus his demeanor where unnecessaryBoth the mechanic and the inspector sent from GWC recommended that the motor be replaced but GWC has chosen to go with repair insteadAs of now I'm "on the hook" for almost $in tear down from the mechanic because of the receipt for an oil change that GWC claims I couldn't produceI have included a screen shot of that receipt in this email.Regards, [redacted]
