I am rejecting this response because:
only non-running motors have been sent for my truck within their pricing option. No mention of payment to my mechanic is stated. I wish to have the engine my mechanic found that is a documented working engine. GWC will continue to send inferior engines from their supplier as has been the current experience for two prior engines.

With regards to cancellation and refund, the service contract does address that specifically as follows; #13 CANCELLATION(S) AND REFUND(S): If You cancel this Contract within the first sixty (60) days and, if no claims have been filed, You will receive a full refund of the entire Contract purchase price. If this Contract is canceled after the first sixty (60) days or a claim has been filed, You will receive a pro rata refund of a portion of the Contract purchase price. We shall issue a pro rata refund of the amount received by Us from the Selling Dealer based on the lesser of the remaining time or mileage on this Contract, less any claims paid and a service charge of fifty dollars ($50) or ten percent (10%) of the pro rata refund amount to be refunded, whichever is less. The customer would need to bring the vehicle back to that repair facility to have this repair completed under that pending repair facility warranty. With regards to cancellation and refund, the service contract addresses that specifically as follows; 13. CANCELLATION(S) AND REFUND(S): • Only in the event that the Vehicle is declared a total loss by the insurance company insuring the Vehicle, or the Vehicle is validly repossessed by the Contract Holder’s lender, will We and the Selling Dealer refund a pro rata portion of the Contract retail purchase price. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The dealership in which diagnosed my car did not inform me to have oil change receipts dating all the way since I got the car.  I asked how many and The lady cathy who is in the service department said that the adjuster never specifyed on how many I needed.Secondly, Academy auto where I got my oil changed only had a log book with the information of what they worked on. So when I asked for a copy of the receipts, they went back in the log book and wrote me receipts from which they got the information out of their log book. They were not fraudulent. I didnt know I was supposed to keep my reciepts from oil changes. I never needed them before because I never went through anything like this.That is why the owner signed his name to it. I called and let the shop know it was OK to go ahead with the teardown but hopefully I will not have any problems after now. Thank you

valve leaking, transmission wiring harness and a transmission control module. GWC Warranty had an independent mechanical inspection completed due to the repair shop reporting’s. The inspection had confirmed the vehicle had a leaking transmission coolant valve. Fluid had leaked into the transmission wiring harness and damaged the transmission control module. GWC did cover the transmission coolant valve and labor. The wiring harness and the transmission control module is still under 8/80 Federal Emission coverage. I have spoken to Mr. Mcmillan and I was advised that Audi has denied coverage on the transmission control module due to coolant contamination. I did advise Mr. Mcmillan to take his vehicle to a shop and have them call me direct and I will look to move forward with the transmission claim and take care of this complaint for our customer.

This is in response to the answer to my complaint of GWC Warrantee. Which I reject. Their answer was ludicrous.My car was inspected by two separate [redacted] dealerships and both had the exact same codes as to "check engine" light that remains on. The same parts were found to be defective.The test performed by GWC was to clear the engine light and drive it down the street and back. Because the check engine light remained off, it was determined the defected parts that were found by both dealerships were in good working order Ridiculous! I and the Techs were stunned. As left the dealership the check engine light let up again.Ohio will not accept a car with check engine light on. I was told that that test is Bogus, illegal. Ohio states the car must be driven for DAYS before the inspection when check engine light is cleared. They know this trick! They actually laughed at me when I told them what GWC did. Defective parts are listed on the invoice from North Olmsted [redacted]. These must be repaired.GWC must attend to this before it becomes a legal matter. I paid thousands for their ULTA plan and they refuse to honor it.This may be found to be fraud.

Warranty due to collision impact damage to the vehicle. We had explained this to the customer on several occasions. With regards to a refund, the vehicle service contract does address cancellation and refunds specifically as follows;

I am rejecting this response because:Joe P[redacted] of GWC is attempting to selectively find wording in my response as he did with the "Excessive oil consumption" explanation  to justify GWC denial of my claim.  Joe still refused to send me a report of a claim justifying GWC reason as to declining my claim as I have repeatedly requested.  Joe clearly understand the Value, Seals is the Intake Values (which is the Covered Component under the Powertrain warranty) and all Gaskets and Seals are covered as a result of a Covered Repair under the Powertrain warranty coverage components as specifically stated below taken from the coverage components under the reference to the Engine's components coverage:POWERTRAIN COVERAGE includes:Engine: All internally lubricated parts; cramshaft & bearing, connecting rods & bearings, crankshaft & bearings; cylinder block; main bearings; distributor shaft; exhaust manifold; intake manifold; oil pump, gears & wrist pins screen; pistons, pistons, piston rings & wrist pins; timing chain & gears; timing belt; cylinder heads; exhault values; intake values; value springs & retainers; push rods; rockers arms & shafts; hydraulic & solid lifters. I have specified above all of the components are covered under the Powertrain warranty.  This is the same attempts Joe P[redacted] of GWC followed up with me when I initially tried to get this issue resolved by pointing to other components under the warranty agreement as to denial of my claim.  After I pointed out the 2 above components (Intake Values and Seals) were covered under the contact, Joe tells me it a Lubrication issue and the Powertrain warranty does not cover.  Engine Lubrication components are covered as I stated to Joe. One of the last attempt Joe tried with me was telling me I should have purchased the bumper to bumper warranty and I would have been covered.  This is the same reply he expressed to [redacted]s' (dealership where I purchased the car and warranty) GM, [redacted] and [redacted] Sales Financed person, [redacted].  All the warranty offered(Powertrain, Powertrain Plus, Premier, Ultra, etc) by GWC as related to the Engine, Gaskets and Seals cover the same components.  One of the main issue as I have expressed with Joe is Joe refused to send me a claim or a report of his finding as I have requested. The Georgia Attorney General rep. [redacted] have requested on 2 occasions for GWC Warranty Corp. to reply to them as a complaint against GWC I initiated a month ago.  Also the Federal Trade Commission is waiting on a reply as they did review my case against GWC. I have 2 local media and 1 national media outlet that is interested in investigating and doing a media report on my complaints and all other complaints initialed by consumers that have purchased warranties by GWC Warranty Corp ([redacted]). I am astound as to all the complaints listed on the internet that have been expressed against GWC for not honoring their warranties.  As I have also noticed there are 157 complaints filed with the Revdex.com in the last 3 years.  I will be sending a certified letter to GWC's executives today in reference to this issue.Attached is the diagnostic report conducted by [redacted] of [redacted] that states the repairs needed for my automobiles.
