They continue to refuse to demonstrate a functioning copy of their fake software. An immediate refund is the ONLY acceptable resolution at this point. Criminal charges would be the most appropriate.

Review: I purchased product from this company, it was delivered via email and was to be installed on computer. I installed it and it did not work. I had IT specialist try and nothing. I contacted them via email at first I got a response and man mr vargas said to install on android via usb, I attempted nothing appeared. After alot of research, I found out this company is a scam, people purchase product and dont get it, are unable to install, get viruses and other damaging data instead. I want my $137 back.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, the full $137!!! this company is a fraud/scam, ripping people off, they need to stop

I then sought the help of two computer experts to install this program. The first person went thus far and could not upload it, the second expert had to get his additional equipment to try to upload this program. It didnt work. On 5/19/2015 I wrote to the supposed tech support for assistance indicating we had sent a message a few days earlier but got no response. On 5/20 I got an email from a [redacted] indicating she was the one to be assisting me. She asked me questions as to my issues. Both myself and my computer expert responded. The only response received was to " try Internet Explorer". Well, that didn't work as well. So on 5/23, 5/28/ 5/29 I wrote to the company requesting a full refund. To date no response has been received. Then I decided to google this company and realized that they are a scam and have ripped off many people already ! Sorry I should have checked.

Please help me to get my money back. One of the websites reporting the scam,[redacted] has cited a [redacted] as the Tech Support Manager.

Review: On 3/20/15, I purchased a Cell detective software from this company for $137.00 after carefully reading what they said it's service would provide. The instructions specifically stated not to download this to a cell phone. So I downloaded it to my computer per the instructions, and when I was having trouble, I reached out to their "customer support" which you could only e-mail. They did not provide a phone number. After several very brief and demeaning responses, she (shelly) responded by saying "the product is a cell phone apps so yes, you will have a problem opening a cell app on a computer". I asked her to send me step by step instructions as to how to properly install the system and open the file, she replied by saying, "if you are having trouble with your cell phone, you may need to refer to the owner's manual for it. We do not have cell phone specific instructions availalbe". She never sent me any instructions. After feeling like I had been cheated out of my money, I started doing some research on this company, and found several reviews online that stated they, too, had been ripped off by this company, and had found it to be a scam. I would like to report this in hopes that others have as well, and this so called "company" will be shut down and not be able to scam anyone else out of their hard earned money.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a full refund from this company.

Review: I ordered ez-csi for $137.00. Changed my mind, it was too expensive and I had read reviews so I cancelled order 2 hours later. I sent another email asking for a verification of my cancellation. They sent receipt for $137.00 for payment and said download included, 5 hours later. No download included. I notified my bank to stop payment when I got the receipt. The next day I sent 2 more emails and when I called he hung up on me when I told him I had cancelled and wanted my money back. Two days later the money was taken out of my account. I call daily and leave voice mail and I email daily. No responseDesired Settlement: Refund
