Review: On Friday, 8/2/13, I ordered a product for tracking my cellphones from Ez-Csi's website (www.ez-csi.com). I paid the $137 for the product and immediately attempted to download the product(s). None of the links provided have ever worked from their site. I immediately e-mailed their tech support and told them the links did not work and requested a refund. Tech support did not answer me until Monday, 8/5/13. They argued with me in several emails and offered no solution to the problem. They never once acknowledged my request for a refund or a contact telephone number. They also advertise that their software works on MAC computers and then stated in their emails it does not. That is false advertising.I am requesting a full refund for the cost of this product that NEVER worked.Please assist me in obtaining a refund or tell me who I can file a complaint with to obtain one. Review: I have ordered an app from this company and they sent me the link to convert the file from one type to another. They provided me the link and websites I could use to convert the file and after trying for 3 hours straight, I contacted them. They replied 2 days later and asked me some basic questions and instructed me to use a different browser which I did without luck. I kept contacting them and asking for help, but they would only send me the same email asking which browser I was using. Finally, I requested a refund for the total price of the product, because I was not able to get it to work. But they haven't replied since. I was left with a bogus program, with no help and they took all the money. Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the amount I paid for the app.

Review: This company claims through it's website to sell software that works on ALL cell phones. When actually downloaded after paying $137.00, the software was in a file extension that did not work on Android phones. Its in a .jar extension and needs to be in .apk format. Well, the company tells you to go to one of 4 unassociated, third party websites and convert it to .apk format. Of course, the conversion doesn't work and the customer service tells you that its the internet browser you're using etc. I did contact customer service and got them to send me a cd with the software. The cd only had the downloadable version of the software, the .jar files. Thus, it didn't help at all. I emailed and called them and they say its their policy not to give refunds at all. And they won't give credit for the website. When investigated online, this has happened many, many times to other customers. There's no one that has actually gotten this software to work on any phone. Its a huge scam. That's why they have a Revdex.com rating of D-Desired Settlement: I want my money back. Plain and simple.

Review: I had paid for a software download to my computer and could not get it to work. I e-mailed them twice on the issue, and they have not responded. I paid $137 for this software, and am unable to use it, and no one will get back to me to help me. I told them either I needed someone to help me get this to work, or else I want a refund. They have not responded. Downloading their software not only didn't work, but it gave my computer a virus and spyware, and also lots of pop-ups. My computer is completely messed up, so now I have to pay to get it fixed. Review: they charged my credit card after you applied the card for purchase but it tells you your card has been denied and to reenter your ifno and try again each time its charging your card even though its saying your card is denied

Review: I have a teenager. I was looking for software to use to monitor him through his phone. So this is advertized online as supposedly the best option. The are no details about the complications that you come across until after you have paid for the software. So after I paid for the software I learnt that I would have to jailbreak myphone, then download other software to use to transfer the files to the phone. I did all that but the files did not transfer. So I contated the company for assistance the tech support guy responded in a cold manner with information that was not helpful at all. I requested step by step instructions on how to accomplish the task but he couldn't provide any information. As a result I decided that I no longer wanted the service since he was not keen on helping me resolve the issue considerig the amount of money paid. Review: I purchased this service. The program does not work, I have seen reviews that it is a scam and if I paid for it I will like the program to work, if not then I would like my money back. I have tried calling and contacting them through email and no re-ply. I would really like the program to work and be as simple as the website made it sound to be. Thank you

Review: I order a online cell phone product that was to be downloaded. I tried and my son tried over and over and we were unable to get this application to work. I paid 137.00 for this app. I informed EZ- CZI multiple times and they agreed to refund the total amount to me.

The card that I used to purchase this product was stolen from me and my card number was changed. Same bank but different number. EZ CSI notified me by email and stated because the card number had changed that they will not be refunding my money.

I informed them that they could mail it to me or I can provide them with my new card number but they continue to refuse to give me my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my whole refund of 137.00..

Review: They claim after I entered my credit card that I could download onto my computer then to my cell phone they call it cell detective. 137.00

Review: I purchased software for 137.00 that said I would be able to remotely monitor a cell phone. After researching it, I found out that the software will not work, it can't work and from my understanding its illegal. They never tell you that you have to jail break your own phone either and my particular phone can not be jail broken. The files they have you download are large files that according to them take 2 days to download and from other user complaints...have viruses.
