Review: I bought a service for cell phone tracking, I downloaded it to my computer as directed to, then I am to down load it to my iphone it does not work. I have tried numerous time to get in touch with the company to no avail. they tell me to go to [email protected]. every time it goes to their home page. there is no support or a phone number to call for support. there is nothing on their web site that says anything about cancelation either. I put this on my debit card and will contact the bank to cancel payment. Every Time I call them the same kid named Nick answers and will not give me any information. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!Desired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY BACK $137.00

Review: I purchased this company's software on 11/5/13, and on the 6th attempted to work with "tech support" to make the software work. The email responses were short, rude, and too cryptic to be of use. I have since tried other consultants to no avail. I believe these people are selling a fraudulent product and, since they are using the internet to sell it on an interstate basis, my next recourse (if the Revdex.com proves unsatisfactory) is the FBI for wire fraud. I have repeatedly emailed to request a refund or enough help to get the software working with absolutely NO response. Review: I had my computer hacked over the weekend. The hackers got access to my Yahoo e-mail accounts, my personal information and ALL of my financial information. The hackers then made a $137.00 purchase from EZ-CSI along with many other online purchases. I have e-mailed EZ-CSI and explained the situation to them, told them I did not make the purchase and this is the reply I received: "All of our information is to the contrary: Master Card SecureCode, positive AVS, and you have received a receipt for this order.

Now, are you having technical difficulties?"

I e-mailed them back and told them of course you have all my information because I was hacked. Now I have not heard anything else from them. I have tried calling and e-mailing them back and still no response. I just want a refund!Desired Settlement: I just want a refund. I did not make this purchase!

Review: I purchased software from the company's website on 8/16/2015. The amount charged was $137. After issues with the download, I sent an email to the support group requesting assistance. After several days of no response, I began to include the email address for their information/sales group and also a related company. I also placed several phone calls to the toll free number shown on one website for the related company. I left several messages but have gotten no response. To date, I have gotten no response from either emails or phone calls. The company does publish a return/refund policy. I do have supporting documents and emails to back up my actions.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: The product I ordered claimed to be a simple installation 1,2,3, it is not. I paid $137.00 for a product that does nothing as advertised. Steps were followed and product has given me nothing but a headache trying to figure it out. You can not have a verbal conversation and I have sent two emails and has not heard from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund back yo my credit card ASAP, or if the charges can be reversed I would like that done if it is faster. Review: On 04/07/2014 I purchased a product by the name of (ez-csi cell detective )on the internet.This product was to help me track my nieces whereabouts thru her cell phone,as advertised by ez-csi.com. I paid $137.00 for this product the download was sent to me via email I followed all the instructions that came along with it. Nothing would work I then contacted their tech support thru emails several of times( that's the only tech support they have) when I was contacted back they would just give me the run around. They would ask me what kind of phone I was using I told them then they would tell me to try another phone even though my phone was one that was advertised by them that would work with their product. With hesitation I purchased another phone that they recommended (android base phone) I then had problems again I emailed them back and again with the runaround questions did I transfer the files? Did I turn the files into proper apk files? Did I use the proper browser? After having a computer specialist do everything they asked me to do I was told by my I.T. Specialist that this was not a legit product and that I was scammed. After feeling like a fool by this info I started looking at reviews about this product and I find out I was not the only person at least 20 reviews that I found all said the same thing this product was a scam. When I started to contact them about this I was not receiving anymore emails from tech support and the phone number that I called was just some guy who wouldn't even answer with the company name just a hello as if I was calling a friends house. When I told this person about my problem he told me that all I could do is email tech support.when I told him that I've tried numerous times he then told me in so many words that I was out of luck and I could not get any kind of refund. For some reason my credit card company would not stop payment because I gave the ok to charge the item. When I told them that the product didn't work the told me to contact them. I can't believe that a company can continue to do business like this today. Review: I found my daughter with my credit card I called the company less than 10 mins of purchase and they will not refund my money back. There is only one person in the office well I am sure it is home or something. This is a scam and as he insulted me on the phone and yawning saying sorry about your luck. He stole money out of my account for 137.00. I got on my daughters phone and reviewed this company as he has stole from other customers. This is a scam artist at his best.Desired Settlement: I would really like my money refunded back to my account!

Review: The product purchased does not work. I've contacted the company regarding the product requesting a refund. They stated they only give refunds on a case by case bases and that I would have to use tech support. Contacted tech support several times and the product still does not work. Review: This product was sold to me online. The day after purchasing the product, I contacted the merchant at their email address ([redacted]). The after I got a response from the same email address with a woman named [redacted] that was apparently the one replying. She asked me what exact technical difficulties I am having with the product. However, I stated that I do not have issues, that I just need to cancel.

At that point is was about 24 hours since my purchase. I have emailed them several times since then with no resolution. They keep giving me the run around. The last email from them that I received was yesterday (04/15/2015) with [redacted] asking me "So if you have technical difficulties you think you are entitled to a refund?"

This is absurd!! I have cancelled the transaction of $137.00 on my credit card.

Please help! Thanks so much in advance! :-)

Review: I purchased a detective cell for 137.00 on july 26 order number [redacted]. I didnt know it was a software to download I thought its a package..then o tried to use it it didnt work so I tried to contact them with email they provided.. I tried to call them no respond at all. so I called my bank to dispute this amount I got denied my bank...they were been helping me for 3 months to resolve to get my money back.. they failed so they denied my claim.. the number they provided not available.. I just want my money back.. its important to me my money cuz I lost my job and I dont have any income ..I thought it was real cuz I really need that to help me to spy my husband..then after I paid them its like they disaapear.. they said money back guaranteed
