To Whom It May Concern: Thank you for notifying us of the above mention complaint We received the list of items from Mrand Mrs [redacted] on May 19, and forwarded to [redacted] with Champion Homes Service Department on the same day Champion Homes handles all warranty and service request as they are the manufacturer of the home Champion Homes tried reaching Mrand Mrs [redacted] to schedule service and on June a response was received from the customer Champion Homes was at Mrand Mrs [redacted] home on Friday the 23rd If you should have any further questions please feel free to contact meSincerely, [redacted] [redacted]

Total misrepresentation of what they really areCrooks! They are dishonest and predatoryThey want you to use "their" lender at astronomical interest rates because no other lenders will work with themI wondered why at first and now I knowSteer clear of them

The end of January my husband and I paid cash for a mobile home at factory expo in Lake City, FLWe were told our home would take about six weeks to complete, and be delivered to usThere was a mistake in our paperwork in the office that delayed the building of our home We weere then given a date of delivery by the end of MarchNow , we are told , at best it will be the end of MarchThis is double the time it was suppose to take to complete and deliver our home, because of mistakes in paperwork We were told if our home was delivered, or ready for delivery, and we were not ready, we would be charged a fee per dayBut, we get nothing for our inconvience, and for our expenses for the entire month of April we have to pay for rent at a hotelBefore you buy, your calls and emails are answered , after you are lucky if they are , and when they are, they seen bothered and say they tried to call when they never did We ended up calling the corpoate office in Arizona , and they were no help either Please think twice before buying with this companyWord of mouth and social media is a powerful toolPlease investigate all these things before you buy

Product finally delivered yesterdayThe keys did not come with itThe bank did not call them until this morning so they held onto the keysSo far cannot verify if product met the customer specificationsThey allege keys will be here by noon tomorrow but according to tracking number no one has scanned item inI sent the main office my solutionIf no keys arrive so I can let contractor in and survey the product a locksmith will be called and the bill sent to them for reimbursementThis is beyond ridiculous

Unfortunately, there can be delays by a manufacture which are out of our control and Ms*** was updated on these unexpected delays. Factory Expo Home Center relies on the signed purchase agreement to ensure that our customers are informed upfront of potential delays. In summary, we strive to make sure our customers have a pleasant experience with Factory Expo Home Center. To Whom It May Concern: Ms*** has received her keys and once utilities are hooked up Fleetwood Homes will provide warranty work that has been turned in. The factory requires a complete list from customers so that way the customer's items can be addressed in a timely manner

Here is my response to MrsR*** on this very nasty and untrue letter she sent you.Please show me proof that you have posted this along side her letter.Sincerely,Charlotte,I am totally appalled with your email. I may not be a veteran but my father was, and today is the anniversary of his
death years nowHe taught me to respect not just military people and families but all people and families and your statements are hurtful, defamatory and quite honestly very ugly.When you were in Mike's office and we did the call on speaker phone you did state you had a car paymentBut you neglected to inform anyone of the credit cards you have balances on and monthly payments on those cards, as well as the $a month for lot rent. You withheld information that is very important when calculating someone's debt to income ratio and the ability to repay a loan.Mike and I never pushed you to complete the loan application and leave the full down paymentWe both told you to take your time and do what you needed to do. Once the holidays were over if you wanted to proceed you would then need to complete the loan application process Once we were denied loan approval, I contacted you and told you of such. At that time you said to cancel your loan application and you wanted your money refunded. I then called Mike and explained this to him and he said he had already heard from you and he had started the process of refunding your $500. I make a living at getting people approved for home loans not in doing what you have alleged and statements you have made in this email.I too would recommend that you contact the Revdex.com in regards to the letter you sent and rescind said letter I will be contacting the Revdex.com and informing them of your arrant and misleading and not factful letter as well.Tim C*** * *** *** ***
