To Whom It May Concern:We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint from Mr***. He had written a request to cancel his purchase agreement on November 11, 2014 and it was sent to our sales office in *** **. Our purchases are contractual, they follow a
set process of approvals and per the signed purchase agreement the refund would occur within business days. I spoke with Mr*** on Wednesday November 19th after leaving voice messages and had sent an email request for him to return my call. Mr*** was notified during that phone conversation that his refund would be mailed that same day. Total misrepresentation of what they really are. Crooks! They are dishonest and predatory. They want you to use "their" lender at astronomical interest rates because no other lenders will work with them. I wondered why at first and now I know. Steer clear of them.

To Whom It May Concern:Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  [redacted], operations manager, reached out to Mr. [redacted] on February 9, 2015, as theircontract was contingent on financing and they had been approved.  Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] stated in their letter toFactory Expo Home...

Center that their reason to cancel was based on vendor complications that had been unplanned.  During Ms. [redacted]’s conversation with Mr. [redacted] she notified him that the mutual cancellation agreement would be sent to him and Mrs. [redacted] to sign and return so a refund could be generated.  This was received on February 9, 2015 and submitted to the escrow company as approved.  Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] will be sent their refund directly from the escrow company. We strive to set forth clear expectations with all of our customers and act in good faith and compliance with the signed purchase agreement. June 10, 2015To Whom It May Concern,On May 26, 2015 [redacted], Regional Sales Manager, emailed Mr. [redacted] recapping the review that was done on the signed purchase agreement and requested that Mr. [redacted] give him a call to discuss the email.  [redacted] received a brief email from Mr. [redacted] but no call.  [redacted] has reached out to Mr. [redacted] twice requesting a call.    The first attachment is the signed floor plan which shows a 12" overhang on the hitch end of the home.  The second attachment is a form that Mr. [redacted] requested the manufacturer, [redacted] Homes, to complete regarding the build of the home.  This form also indicates the location of the eves on the home.  Mr. [redacted] signed purchase agreement regarding delivery of a home states that if the delivery requires special equipment due to a complicated delivery, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the proper equipment and personnel are hired to handle the placement.  Mr. [redacted] freight was for standard delivery only.In summary, we have reached out to Mr. [redacted] to discuss the signed purchase agreement and see if an agreeable conclusion for customer satisfaction can be meet.  We are still waiting to hear from Mr. [redacted]. Below is the response that Factory Expo Home Centers sent in as their response on February 24, 2016 to the Revdex.com.   February 24, 2016Revdex.com of Northern and Western ArizonaRE:  ID# [redacted]:  Charlotte R[redacted] Factory Expo Home Centers is in receipt of Ms. R[redacted] letter.  Factory Expo Home Centers is a separate entity and does not have any affiliation with [redacted].  Factory Expo Home Centers does not have any control of what a lender may require from an applicate.  Ms. R[redacted] submitted her written request to cancel her purchase agreement with Factory Expo Home Centers via email on February 10, 2016.  Texas manufactured housing laws do not allow a dealer to retain a customer’s deposit if a custom order home has not been completed.  Ms. R[redacted] home was not built and a check in the amount of $500 was mailed to Ms. R[redacted] on February 16, 2016.  The check was mailed within the timeframe of the Texas manufacturing housing laws as well.  If I could be of any further assistance, please do not hesitant to contact me at [redacted] Sincerely,Liz S[redacted]Factory Expo Home Centers VP Field Operations

Product finally delivered yesterday. The keys did not come with it. The bank did not call them until this morning so they held onto the keys. So far cannot verify if product met the customer specifications. They allege keys will be here by noon tomorrow but according to tracking number no one has scanned item in. I sent the main office my solution. If no keys arrive so I can let contractor in and survey the product a locksmith will be called and the bill sent to them for reimbursement. This is beyond ridiculous.

 As of this date January 9,2014 we have NOT recieved any type of refund.When emailed or called this business about this there

is on-going excuses as to why not returning!~ The said salesman there [redacted] has more excuses then [redacted] has pills or he passes me

to someone else and again [redacted] has no ANSWERS either!~ I myself have called the corporate office and again I get NOWHERE!~~

As for [redacted] saying sale was contingent on getting financing this is also a false statement!~ He was only supposed to try and

get financing if price of house did not go over our budget of 120,000. He took it upon hisself to just send to financing therefore

this company kept $385.00 that we donot feel was earned by [redacted] again!~ This business is definitely misleading the public as

to nothing they tell you is TRUTH!~     Will never send anyone we know to this place of business..

Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] check was mailed on January 6th and I have attached a copy of the check.  The refund was done per the signed purchase agreement.
