Today's service was routine spring maintenance. the technician provided excellent service and offered great insights and recommendations for better performance of my H&AC units. We are now signed up for an annual maintenance contract and very glad we did. Falcon will be our H&AC service from now on!

Highly recommend Falcon HVAC. They installed a Carrier system in my newly constructed home three years ago and I have maintained annual maintenance contracts with them. Philip has serviced the system the past two visits: he is courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and explains how best to maintain the complete system for optimal operation. I have a yearly contract with Falcon Heating & AC. They sent Phillip M to our home. Phillip was on time and very courteous about coming into our home. With the virus scare, he was masked and ready to work. He inspected our system and gave us a clean bill of health. Our HVAC unit was installed originally by Falcon and they have maintained it to their high standards. I would recommend Falcon, and especially Phillip M to handle any issues you have with your HVAC system.

Falcon recently added plumbing to its HVAC services and offered an introductory free plumbing inspection service to its customers. On April 13 a Falcon plumber performed a thorough, comprehensive inspection at our residence and provided several very useful suggestions for properly maintaining our plumbing system.

Dan was very professional and did his job in a timely fashion, explaining whatever needed. I also appreciated him wearing a mask in these crazy days. We are always pleased with Falcom.

Total trust. This is a local company with integrity. Always have had superb experience with service calls--professional, competent people who are well kept, well spoken, and well mannered.
I have seen some complain about experience when dealing with a builder installed system.
I understand--we had such an issue. But this largely was the builder's fault--they have agreements with their subcontractors and I won't mention our builder to be fair--but suffice to say this was the builder's fault.
Falcon still interceded on our behalf with the builder, but they didn't have to. They stood up and helped our case. Builder had to honor both our and Falcon's claim.
Anyway--100% confidence these are good folks who do good work.

Falcon installed our system in our new house a year and a half ago. We called them to check our system for winter.
Dan came out early and thoroughly inspected the units. He gave us great advice on the correct filters and even the link to Amazon to order the right parts.

Mary in the office set us up for a year's maintenance agreement, giving us a discount for parts and service for any needed additional work.

Just started the Residential maintenance service Falcon Heating & Air Conditioning offers. Their Representative Phillip came out yesterday and performed the first service on our unit that is a year old. He completed a very through check of the furnace and discovered we needed to replace the filter on the humidifier. He was excellent in explaining the maintenance checks he was completing. He did a Great Job! I'm very satisfied I signed up for this maintenance and received such good service.

The service was efficiently performed and explained. The technician answered all our questions. It was all handled professionally.

Falcon is a great service provider for HVAC systems. WE have been a client for three years and have always had great service. The support crew is outstanding...available, polite, courteous and most of all knowledgeable. Our current service agent is Dan...a person with great character and a willingness to assist us with any questions we may have on our systems.
