The service it GREAT and the Techs are professional! I would not hesitate to use them again! My tech Ron Hoover was friendly and was great showing me what I needed to know about my units and answered all my questions!

Falcon really came trough for us. We can home from vacation on a Sunday to a hot house. Falcon was there within a couple of hours and fixed the unit that day. Jose was professional, responsive and courteous. He really saved the day.
