Good Afternoon,Prior to making a liability decision we had to confirm coverage and as previously stated, the driver of our insured's vehicle was not a scheduled driver on the policy Coverage was confirmed however based on our driver's statement and the Illinois Traffic Crash Report we determined our driver was not at fault for the accident Unfortunately, the police report is conflicting as both driver gave different statements The driver of our vehicle stated the driver of Mr [redacted] vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed and merged into his laneThere's no witnesses listed on the police report therefore; based on the police report and our driver's statement our liability denial standsPlease feel free to contact me with any questions or concernsJannette [redacted] Claims Supervisor [redacted]

On February 25, 2019 my husband and I were rear-ended by a man who is insured through Falcon on his mother's policy. his mother arrived on the scene and the police did as well. We have a police report and pictures of the damage from our truck and the damage of the driver's car. The pictures clearly indicate who is at fault, furthermore, the driver of the other car received a citation for driving without a proper license. My husband and I sent Falcon pictures, filled out all necessary forms and it is now 5-22-2019 and our truck is still not fixed. All we have received is a letter stating they have not received a statement from their insured and until they do the case is not closed. We called to day and was told they are closing the case because the police report is vague. I do not understand how this company can hold a license to sell insurance in the State of Texas and not investigate a crash, damage to both vehicles, and get away with not paying claims. This is fraud and we are contacting Channel 4 San Antonio to investigate this insurance company. I am a business owner and would not be in business if I conducted business this way. I am contacting my state senator and governor and congressman to find out why this company is allowed to conduct business in the State of Texas.

They are a fraud. They have played games on my claim from a May 15th accident. Sue Falcon.

This company is the worst I have every dealt with and don't know the meaning of customer service!

Sue them. They offered $1200 for now almost $10000 in damage. They ignored a demand for payment from my attorney. They are a horrible insurance company.

I am rejecting this response because: I talked to Mrs *** and they have tried to call falcon to inform them that yes they were at fault I've called and talk to the mom I had one of my friends who speak Spanish call and talk to the mom and she informedher that over a month ago they sent the paperwork back and they also called falcon to inform them that yes she was at fault .But falcon keeps saying they have not talk to them which I believe is FalseI've call Falcon server all times and they haven't returned my call.the lady I talk to at Falcon wants me to file it with my insurance and they will pay me back at a later date, and I refuse to do that because it's not my fault
