Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received payment for my car in full and I still have not received reimbursement for my rental car that I had to pay for out of my own pocket. Falcon Insurance had drawn out the process and refused to pay the ACV of my carAfter being given over $in additions/add-ons to my vehicle, they said it only increased the value $15. I am waiting for all of my reimbursement to be issued
Sincerely,
*** ***

Please be advised this accident occurred on March 23, and was reported to our company April 17, In order to complete our investigation we need to speak to our insured, Everett *** Unfortunately, Mr*** has not responded to our calls or letters to date
A police report was filed on-scene but does not list our insured's information therefore, we are unable to complete our investigation based on that report. I spoke to Mr*** today and explained status Mr*** is going to forward the text messages our insured sent regarding the accident The handling adjuster is going to follow up with the police department and confirm the possibility of an additional report that contains our insured's information/statement. We realize being involved in an accident is unpleasant and we regret the inconvenience Mr*** has experienced We are working toward resolving this matter. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Regards, Jannette *** Claims Supervisor ###-###-####

Dear Sir of Madam,
On February 2, Mr*** reported his vehicle had been hit while parkedHe stated he was towing
his vehicle to ***'s Body Shop, the shop of his choiceAt that time he was advised if he his vehicle was left at ***'s Body Shop he would be responsible for difference in labor rate charges and any additional fees being incurred as we have a shop in his areaHis vehicle was set up for an inspection and payment was issued to Mr*** and ***'s Body Shop for repair to his vehicle
A supplement for Mr***'s vehicle was needed and ***'s failed to follow our supplement procedure's and completed the additional repairs without giving our company the opportunity to re-inspecting the vehicleAt this time we have obtained all invoices in regards to the additional repairs that were completed by ***'s and forwarded to the appraiser for supplement reviewA supplement payment in the amount of $has been issued to ***'s Body Shop

Falcon's response is untrueAn adjuster was sent by Falcon to inspect the vehicle, but failed to provide a copy of their estimate to the body shop, for the shop to have an opportunity to provide a supplementThat's what was done during my previous engagement between Falcon and ***'s Auto Body, and I have no idea why it wasn't done this timeFurthermore, countless calls to Falcon from both ***'s and I went unanswered
After months, I was finally sent a check for a grossly lower amount (~$900, based on an estimate with no input from ***'s) than what I paid for the repairs (~$4200, which includes a $deductible and an understanding that I'd be reimbursed at a lower labor rate), which I have not cashed, lest I accept this as the correct amount
I have since received a voicemail on May from Falcon indicating that I'd be receiving a check for approximately $more (~$1500)Unfortunately, I'm once again unable to get anyone at Falcon to answer the phone and answer my couple of outstanding questions
I'm clearly being given less than what I paid for the repair work, even after the labor differences, but I'm willing to accept that if only to move on with my life
I must point out that Falcon has only returned my calls after I posted unsatisfactory comments to the Revdex.com, and when I was unable to get to the phone in time, failed to return my calls back
Final Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2015/05/18) */
To date we have made numerous attempts to reach Mr *** regarding a rental receipt he was supposed to have emailed in with his receipt for the repairsIn the email only the receipt for repairs was attached
Once the rental receipt is received from Mr *** we will reimburse him per his policy guidelines for the $a day reimbursement for the rental while his vehicle was being repaired
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 17, 2015/05/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I had previously notified Falcon that I didn't rent a car while my on vehicle was being repaired back in FebruaryI just emailed them to reiterate this info
As an aside, I did finally receive a check from FalconThe amount (approx$1400) was supposedly based on Falcon's valuation of the body shop's own estimate (over $4200, which is what I paid for the work)This is significantly less than what I should've received, even after taking the differences in labor rates into account, but it's honestly more than I expected after all the stalling and lack of communicationI'd just like to move on with my life at this point

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
If the insurance agent/business could not locate the said insured, how could the policy have continued? I must reiterate, that I have been returning their letters for years!! Someone must have known that!!!
This has been going on for over 5 or more years!! I am a little concerned that the Falcon people say that I won't be getting any more mail concerning [redacted]: what I would like to know if my address will be EXPUNGED from future references!! If they can agree to that then I will be satisfied!!

Please be advised mr. [redacted]'s vehicle has been deemed a total loss.  At this time we have settled Mr. [redacted]'s claim in the amount of $10,124 less $4135.84 payment that has already been issued to Mr. [redacted].  Once the title to Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle is received the remaining $5988.16 will be issued to Mr. [redacted]. Please contact me with any questions or concerns. [redacted] 630-[redacted]

Please be advised this accident occurred on July 19, 2016 and was reported to our office that day by our insured, Ms. Annie [redacted].  The handling adjuster secured a recorded statement from Ms. [redacted] who stated she was traveling on Halsted Street when Ms. [redacted] made a left turning front of...

her vehicle causing this accident.  Both Ms. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] state Ms. [redacted] made a left turn in front of Ms. [redacted], although Ms. [redacted]’s citation was dismissed and she is disputing Ms. [redacted]’s statement there is no evidence to discredit our insured’s statement.   Also, Ms. [redacted]’s liability carrier accepted majority liability and issued a 70% settlement payment to Ms. [redacted] because they also agree Ms. [redacted] was majority at fault for this accident therefore; we are standing on our liability denial. We realize that being involved in an accident is unpleasant and we regret the inconvenience Ms. [redacted] has experienced.

I am rejecting this response because:This company never answer the phone you have to call them at least 4 times a day . Then they lie to you and when you call them out on it they lie. The accident happen in Sept and was report it in September that's two months ago but they only want to reimburse two weeks of wagesThis why they have a F rating because they aren't professional and shouldn't be considered to practice business in the United States because they never handle claims as if it was them in the accident unable to take care of there family because someone took your means of being able to work away.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Good Afternoon,Prior to making a liability decision we had to confirm coverage and as previously stated, the driver of our insured's vehicle was not a scheduled driver on the policy.  Coverage was confirmed however based on our driver's statement and the Illinois Traffic Crash Report we determined our driver was not at fault for the accident.  Unfortunately, the police report is conflicting as both driver gave different statements.  The driver of our vehicle stated the driver of Mr. [redacted] vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed and merged into his lane. There's no witnesses listed on the police report therefore; based on the police report and our driver's statement our liability denial stands. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Jannette [redacted] Claims Supervisor [redacted]
