total loss and at this time we have settled her total loss claim for $4098. Payment has been issued and Ms [redacted] is scheduled to pick up her settlement check in our office today.

On August 18th the handling adjuster spoke with Mr. [redacted]’s to advise no policy was inforce for the date of loss and written denial was forwarded to them as well indicating no coverage was afforded for his claim and we would not consider any payments for their damages. Please be advised this accident occurred on November 20, 2015 and was reported to our company November 23, 2015. In order to confirm coverage a copy of the Illinois Traffic Crash Report was required. The police report was received and coverage and liability were confirmed. On...
December 18, 2015 the handling adjuster contacted Ms. [redacted] and left a voicemail message providing her with settlement details. A payment in the amount of $1399.83 was issued to settle Ms. [redacted] property damage claim. January 19, 2016 Ms. [redacted] rental invoice in the amount of $451.46 was received. At that time a reimbursement payment in the amount of $451.46 was issued to [redacted] for her rental car. January 25, 2016 a supplement payment in the amount of $83.25 was issued to Ms. [redacted] shop for additional damage found during the coarse of repairs. At this time Ms. [redacted] property damage claim has been handled and the handling adjuster is following up with Ms. [redacted] regarding any additional concerns.

A copy of the Illinois Motorist Report...
was received on May 29, 2015 and at that time the handling adjuster discovered the person driving our insured vehicle, [redacted] is not a scheduled driver on our insured's policy. To date we have not received cooperation from our insured, [redacted] to confirm permissive use. However, in attempt to settle this matter we have settled Mr. [redacted]'s property damage claim.
