I am rejecting this response because:First I would like to provide the link to the seller's website where the user agreement is located:? ***The area of specific interest, that the seller seems reluctant to acknowledge, is the third section labeled "Payment Policy"In this section, the seller states this,We accept most forms of payment, but please email us with any questions you may have in regards to payments other than those which may be made available as optionsOur email address is? ***Please email us if there are any issues in relation to purchases made, such as cancelling a purchase, an error in the purchase or the need for additional time in order to make a payment, we will work with you on all situations which may ariseAll of our checkouts are currently made through Paypal in order to product all of our customers through Paypal's Buyer Protection ProgramAll of your purchases are protected by PaypalWe also accept all major credit cards through Paypal, which again protects your purchase unconditionally.? As I used accepted procedures in accordance with Paypal's Buyer Protection Protection program upon approaching the day mark after placing my original order, and only receiving the same dialogue that amounted to essentially, "I'm working on your order, and will have it to you soon", at no time did I threaten the seller with anything except for going through the process in accordance with PayPal, an agreement in which the seller is also subject toPayPal is the entity who placed a hold on the funds associated with my purchase, in the event that an issue could not be resolved through myself and the sellerI am not going to get into a childish argument with the seller, as he clearly is showing a lack of mental stability through the verbiage and quick escalation of aggression he has used as of lateTruly I hope he gets the help he needs, as it seems as though he is unstable and existing in an alternate reality, or perhaps he is confusing my order with someone else's again, I'm not sure which.? We have reviewed Ms***'s attachments and it is clear that we made every effort to explain the process to her more than once, although we that she has clearly attempted to doctor some of the conversations and responses as all of our communications were through our business there was never any communication from a personal accountIt is unfortunate that this individual has stooped to such deviant levels of manipulation in order to accomplish absolutely nothingThis is clear in the fact that she has also had several friends and relatives attack us over the last three days and threaten us and our organizationThe allegations made by Ms*** are entirely and misrepresented and her claims of dialogue and communications are absolutely falseThe conversations she attests occurred, in the manner they occurred, did not happenAdditionally, there was no "email" sent from a "private facebook." This is an effort at extreme "trolling" and it is disgustingMs*** was rude and disrespectful to us and our organization from her very first communication to usAgain, we did everything possible to articulate all of the lead times involved in processing and productionMs*** was not only asked to provide sizing at checkout, she was emailed twice following her purchase and asked for sizing information, to which she did not respondThis delays processing of an orderWe have a record of six emails to which Ms*** did not replyWe do not hold orders stagnant, but move on to other orders so that orders can be processed as quickly as possible, and then go back and review orders later in the week for those still awaiting responses such as sizing information or address clarification (sometimes people leave off apartment numbers which causes shipments to be returned)I find that the issue here, is that Ms*** never responded to emails, rather, she reached out through our organization's Facebook page and sent a private message, to which we respondedHad Ms*** 1) read the information clearly notated on every page of our website prior to purchase, she would have recognized the lead times, 2) responded to emails when sent to here, 3) recognized the element of holiday in lead times and production and 4) not catered to unreasonable expectations, we would not even be having a conversation at this pointThe fact is, even in her negative review, Ms*** indicated that she understood the to day processing and to week lead time, and yet she files her negative review and subsequent complaint based upon a "week" or a "one month" interval to which not only she agreed by acknowledging Terms of Service but indicated she recognized in her negative review, and both those time frames are consistent with the time frames clearly outlined and promised
Ms*** continues to personally attack me and our organizationI am NOT a rude manI do believe in defending myself, especially when attacked by accusations such as "scam" and "fraud" and "advertising." We will be seeking an injunction against Ms*** as well as filing a civil suit against her for her continued use of harmful and defaming dialogueMs*** has a failing grasp on the application of such terms and her incessant persistence that she was victimized is beyond absurdMs*** was simply impatient and chose to disregard all the information provided and requested, and then in a manipulative gesture she engaged in a review and complaint processI work in customer service, and have for nearly yearsI would not have over million transactions through numerous corporations if I was a "rude man." Ms*** uses the word "scammer." Again, utilizing inappropriate, defamatory, slanderous and libelous commentary subjects her to civil actionLet me help her to understand the terminology of "scammer." This has absolutely nothing at all to do with Ms***'s transaction, Ms***'s negative review, or Ms***'s subsequent complaint but we will speak to this "friend" as we operate in absolute transparency and have nothing to hideThis "friend", placed an order for a hat on 10/This "friend", failed to provide sizing info, hence, no product receivedThis "friend" was refunded in full, making him no longer a customerAgain, another simple and easy resolutionAs to my "being really nice to him" I am "really nice" to everyoneThere was no "cut to the chase" with this "friend" rather, it was a highly misleading conversation, brief in nature, which then turned into threats against my life and threats against our organization, to which under policy, we cease all communicationsAt no time did I or anyone here "become hostile" with anyoneBut again, in addressing this point of contention repeatedly made by Ms***, first, there is a 1st Amendment which allows speech to be protected, but secondary to that Ms*** seems to think that people are not allowed to defend themselves when attackedThat is a mistakeMs*** needs to stop acting like a child and come over to the adult world, where people have conversations and not engage in passive-aggressive games of manipulationAgain, it becomes exhaustingWe have no more time to waste on thisWe have thousands of customers to cater to and we have provided a resolution to this matterAnd in finality this "friend" was not "emailed with his order number...etc." When refunds are processed the system does so automaticallyWe do not send out any emailsThis "friends" order was canceled and refunded some time agoThis is just simply a sad and desperate attempt by Ms*** to exaggerate her victimization further
