*** *** contacted us by phone and told us he would give us half our money backWe was in the middle of a busy place and he was told we would call him back and he would not take no for an answerAnd didn't even give us an option we wanted our full refund backHe told us that he would send us a pic of our refund and for us to contact the Revdex.comWe really felt like he was pushing to save himselfThey sent half our money back but we still believe we are entitled to the full refundDo to the way we had to settle the case and all the pain of the major lose we took because they did not do their jobs at allWe are upset about this and will not settle for just the half they gave us its not right to tell the Revdex.com that they did their job and not tell the Revdex.com that they gave us half backSeems like they just want to hide the fact that they scammed us and no telling how many others they scammedWe still want the full refund not just half.
Thanks

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: I want my money back because the service requested was not provided after many promises of producing the completed paperwork for me to file with the court Because Family Court Direct did not produce documents in a timely manner as promised I filed paperwork with the court myself therefore I am owed a refund of all money paid for the service
Regards,
*** ***

I tried calling Ms***, however her phone line is disconnected I would like to offer her a partial refund based the fact that she did file our paperwork in the courts on or around April 28th or 29th The only change needed to it was one word, as we titled it a "Complaint" and it needed to be a "Motion" Ms*** made the change and it was filed Ms*** then received the other party's response.
However, we do want to take some responsibility for the lag time in the response paperwork needed there afterDo to the internal transition of Attorneys there was a delay and for that we want to offer her a refund We would like to hear from MsMeyer's so that we may properly discuss and resolve this matter We at Family Court Direct stand be hind our commitment in providing great customer service and hope that we can resolve this in the near future

This company misled me concerning what services they could offer and when I decided they could not help me with my legal matter they had charged my account and wanted to give a partial refund of moneyI had to fight to get my money back and had to request a refund twice after I had been promised a refundThey also continued to take funds from my account unauthorized after I had cancelled their services, requiring me to close my account and file a complaint with my financial institution to get my money back

We have tried reaching out to MrWagner regarding this matter to work it out directly, however we have yet to receive a call back We met his very tight deadline on 6/1/15, and the timeline is as follows:
1) Client was served on 5-13-15, day response deadline which begins day
after service
Response due on 6-2-
During welcome call on 5-15-15, client was given anticipated delivery date of
6-1-Needed Documents from Client were received on 5/20/
Once case was accepted on 5/20/in legal department, internal deadline of
5-29-given in order to allow for any revisions
Client was sent documents for review on 5-26-
Client responded with requests for revisions on 5-27-
Client was sent revised documents on 5-28-
Client responded on 5-28-with further
revisions
Client emailed again on 6-1-@ 7:a.m
to follow up
Client was sent the final version of
documents with filing instructions on 6-1-at 11:a.m
Client responded on 6-1-@ 2:p.m- “Already filed.”
Based on this email, FCD felt that client
had successfully filed the documents prepared and that no further action was
needed at the time Attached are the emailsThe next notification that was received
regarding client was that client had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com
Again, we then reached out to him on 6/3/and left him a voicemail to contact us and we have yet to hear back Family Court Direct would love a from MrW*** to contact us in order for us to learn more about where we could have improved our efforts and see if there is anything else we can do to better his situation Family Court Direct feels that we made the needed changes requested and that they were done in a reasonable timeline base on his deadlinesBest regards,

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
I find it upsetting that Family Court Direct does not take responsibly for it's inadequate and shady servicesBy looking at the other complaints that have been filed with the Revdex.com against Family Court Direct, there has been an established pattern of negative servicesMany of the documents they charge customers for can be found for free through local court systemsI do hope anyone considering to use Family Court Services carefully reads all of the complaints that have been filed against this companyIt would have been much cheaper and less traumatic if we would have by-passed Family Court Services and had used the free documentsObviously, most people looking for help with child custody are already under a lot of stress and feel victimizedThis company made us feel like victims all over againI still want my $refunded fully, your service was more then inadequate, it was a travesty

Ms*** *** enrolled on March 10th and was put on a payment plan per her request with her last payment scheduled on
March 24th as outlined in her signed agreementIn that agreement it clearly states what services are provided and how the procedure works (Agreement attached) Had she not agreed to the terms and conditions, she could have declined to enroll with JeanBetween March 11th and 13th our records show a few attempts were made by her case manager to reach her and contact was finally made on March 13thIn that call with her case manager, the process was explained to her once againAdditionally, on March 13th we received the needed information (CIR Form and Court Orders) pertaining to her case, which is then reviewed by the legal departmentDue to the work performed in processing her order thus far and our refund policy stated in the signed agreement, MsHammer is not entitled to a refundFurthermore, we have reached out to MsHammer in attempt to discuss this dispute with her, however, her phone line doesn’t accept voicemails, nor has she returned our callsHer claims about our company are unfounded and are completely out of lineFamily Court Direct has helped many single parents with their family court matters very successfully and her irrational complaint is a complete disservice to those in actual need of assistance. Additionally, our records show that all email and calls were returned in a standard and very reasonable timeAlso: in the attached agreement it clearly states the following:

This is what I received as a replyI would like to share with everybody because it sounds little condescending
"...Not a problem We can't please everyone but we have helped thousands of clients
so complaints is all relative We're working on getting positive reviews as well
If you have the money to hire an attorney, then our services aren't for you We're helping people who
can't afford to hire a traditional family law attorney
Best Wishes,..."

Mr. [redacted] requested that a response to the document that he
was served with be prepared. His matter was assigned to our Louisiana attorney for
preparation and the response was prepared. Before any documents were sent to
him for review, he contacted his case manager to request that some additional
information, such as witnesses and an email requesting the witness information
was sent to Mr. [redacted], but we were never provided the information needed. Mr.
[redacted] then contacted case management stating that he had met with the opposing
counsel and had reached a stipulated agreement and that he no longer needed the
response. His case manager stated to him that the fact that he was able to
reach an agreement did not negate the fact that work was performed for him and
that the only hold up was on his end, waiting for the witness information. He
then stated that he would be contacting the Revdex.com as he felt
entitled to a full refund, despite his signed contract terms stating that once
document preparation had begun, he would not be entitled to such. Lastly, if his Child Support was raised, he must have agreed to it in the stipulation, which is beyond our control.
We feel that we did our best to assist Mr. [redacted] in his matter and would be happy to send him his completed documents as is.

Family Court Direct was extremely helpful in assisting me with my case. These types of situations are almost always stressful, emotional, and not to mention financially straining. The staff was ready and willing to help-thank you Jeff! Through his assistance and expertise, I was able to finally get child support that was fair and deserved. The fees are very affordable. I highly recommend to any mother seeking legal guidance.

Complaint: 10759338
I am rejecting this response because:
I have filed for my divorce and this is a list of the forms I needed.  This is took off the Seneca county courts website.  And this is for everyone that is filing their own divorce....  And my girlfriends case was just like mine.  And when I contacted the clerks office they gave me their site and told me that  these were the forms I needed.  So I believe they do not have a attorney or he don't know the law of Ohio.Complaint for Divorce Without ChildrenYou will need to complete these forms for this scenario:•Complaint for Divorce Without Children•Classification Form•Affidavit of Income and Expenses•Affidavit of Property•Motion and Affidavit or Counter Affidavit for Temporary Order•Request for Service•Final Judgment for Divorce without Children•Judgment Entry Converting Interest in Real Estate•Waiver of Service of SummonsTo download the full packet for these forms, click here.
DisclaimerPlease be aware that none of the forms presented on this website contain instructions or legal advice regarding your rights, responsibilities, and legal options. To become fully informed and to gain the answers to any questions regarding these, you should seek the advice of an attorney.

The lists that Mr. H[redacted] are a list of documents he will eventually us, they are still not what is required to initiate the case.  Family Court Direct would have provided these on an as needed basis.
Family Court Direct stands behind our initial response.
Best regards,
Family Court Direct

Mr. H[redacted] was provided the same information requests that are sent to every client to complete. Aftersubmission of this packet, his matter was assigned to an attorney who is licensed by the state of Ohio to review and prepare the necessary legal documents to initiate a divorce. After...

reviewing the information provided by Mr. H[redacted], the attorney drafted the divorce complaint that was provided to Mr. H[redacted] which was appropriate for his situation.
This was sent to Mr. H[redacted] and slight revisions were made at request of Mr. H[redacted]. The final version was then sent to and approved by Mr. H[redacted], at which time he was provided the instructions for filling.
Mr. H[redacted] then began requesting additional documents. It was relayed to Mr. H[redacted] that due to the type of service our company provides, all documents are provided on as-needed basis. This is the only reason that we are able to provide legal services at such a reduced cost. Mr. H[redacted] continued to demand that he be provided all of the same documents that his girlfriend filed in her recent divorce matter. Again, it was stated to Mr. H[redacted] that we only draft the documents required as they are needed.
Mr. H[redacted] fails to understand that his situation, as is every legal case, is unique and what his girlfriend was required to file may not be the same as in his matter.
In trying to satisfy Mr. H[redacted]’s demands, it was again requested of the attorney that he review the matter to determine if there were any further documents needed for Mr. H[redacted] to file at this time, and again the attorney confirmed that to initiate the proceeding, Mr. H[redacted] had been provided all that he would need for the time. At no time was Mr. H[redacted] told that we would not ever provide him with any further documents, he was only told that we were unable to provide him with documents that may or may not be needed. After the attorney’s confirmation was provided to Mr. H[redacted], Mr. H[redacted] informed the legal department that he had already filed his negative complaint with the Revdex.com, but that he still wanted more documents and whether they were useless or not was his business. Again, Mr. H[redacted] has failed to understand the terms of our service. Though we are happy to continue to provide any forms that Mr. H[redacted] requests on an as-needed basis, we will not be able to meet his expectations regarding providing him with documents to use for any and every possible situation that may ever arise in his matter.
