Hello , my name is [redacted] and I? rented a House with my friends in [redacted] ***on March When we went to see the house for the inspection we noticed the house had some issues and they power didn’t work at that timeSo we actually didn’t do the inspection until we moved to the houseFirst of we didn’t have blinds so we called about that because we had a lot of mosquitoThey said they will come and fix I?tBut they never didAnd as soon as we moved to the house we got a water bill for More than One thousand dollarsI? was in shockSo I? called and they saidDONT WORRY ABOUT THATWE WILL TAKE CARE OF ITwe paid every moth for the water 75$ which included in rentMy rent was 1,224$We worked from to everydayWe can’t spend too much waterWe had two bathrooms in the house and they were always leaking until one day The roof were all wet we were so scaredWe called so many times they finally came but didn’t fix the job completeThey said they have to

I rent a property in Euclid Ohio from this company, When I first moved in I spoke with a very nice lady name Sharon S [redacted] and she was the one who showed me and my family the houseWhen my family did our first walk threw the house it had so many damages to the home, but she advise us that it would be fixed by the property ownerWe then later found out that she was removed from the company and everything that she promised us never got doneThere was cracks in almost every room in the house , the only shower we had was in the basement and was molded and very nasty from the last people that stayed thereThe paint job that was done to this house was like a child had done itMost of the outlets in this home did not work, the upstairs tub did not work properly and was leaking onto my bedI called about all the problems that I had inside and outside with the property most of the time no one ever came and if they did they did a horrible job and someone else had to come out again just moved out of this home and now they want to take my security and my back water/sewer money in the amount $and stated that I still owe them for $for the damages done to the home!!! All the damages that I reported in the first placeGOOD THING I TOOK PICTURES AND VIDEO OF THIS HOUSE WHEN WE CAME AND LEFT!!! My husband and I went to the company in person and let them know of what was going on, we could not speak with the manger they made us speak with maintenance manager at in the meeting told me that he knew nothing about what was going on and I know that keep record of each and every time they come to a home and what the renter complaint was about the homeThe home was inspected by Demerris that worked for there company and he assured us they he did not see and damages that would keep us from getting our deposited back and he is there INSPECTOR!!!!! I am going to fight this company because my husband has a business of doing clean out of properties and we spent two weeks cleaning out that home and everything that was left was the homeowner items that she told us not to take from her homeI can not believe after reading these reviews that they are trying to do the same thing to usEvery one carpet do not cost $to be cleaned and charged me $for blinds that were mines That I left to make sure no one could see in her home and only cost me $at the dollar storeWELL THE [redacted] IS TAKING THE FIGHT BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!!!!

Hello if you have a lot of gas to waste and time and want someone to constantly lie to oh!! and want them to take your application fee from you I recommend Cleveland property Management Group, that"s what they gave me for

I engaged Cleveland Property management (2016) when I rented my condominium in ClevelandThey were able to find a tenant and rent was paid accordinglyWhen the lease ended I engaged Cleveland Property management to rent or sell the property (9/2017) More than a month passed after the tenant vacated the property without any contact from them (10/15/2017)Despite multiple emails, I was never contacted regarding future plans for the propertyI did receive an email regarding the move-out checklist for my former tenant but I did not receive any response to my reply I did phone the office directly and left a message with the secretary detailing my concerns and asking for my keys, garage door openers and key fobs to be returnedShe told me I would receive a phone call within two daysI did not receive a response for over weeks The keys were finally mailed to me months later, but I did not receive the garage door opener or the key fobs After numerous phone calls and emails I fi

on Jan 2, I gave realtor Jehan S [redacted] 1,dollar, for rental property at [redacted] ***  [redacted] , I was suppose to move in that day couldn't because it had a plumbing problem than had leaked down into the kitchen leaking all over the floorSo he call maintenanceI emailed Michelle D [redacted] the Director of occupancy telling her all the list of problem I notice during the walk thorough, she insure me would be fixed by Friday the 5thSo I couldn't move in nor get keys even though I had paid, long story short, place still wasn't ready and I had moved in, since moving in Ive had feces come out the tub twice, Ive had a dysfunctional lock on the side door that blew open during a winter storm while my year old daughter was sleeping, and I only knew because when I got home my neighbor left a not inside my house stating he didn't called the police because there were not foot printsI called maintenance never came nor calledI have several pictures and videos of clogged pipes,

My wife and I had the misfortune of having CPMG manage her condo unit They put in a pair of deadbeat tenants and when the tenants moved out at the end of the lease owing three months rent, we were told that since the tenants have moved and the lease is up, they are not responsible for anything relating to the former tenants When the furnace required service, the tenant contacted CPMG CPMG came out, charged us $to confirm that, yes, the furnace needed service Who'd a thunk it? This bunch does absolutely nothing except take your money every month Like a black hole, everything goes in, nothing comes out The only reason I gave one star is because I can't give them anything less From our experience, this company is TOTALLY worthless In an illustrated dictionary, if you looked up " [redacted] on a bull", you would see a picture of CPMG

Cleveland Property management decided to pay my wife and I about $45.00 out of a $995.00 security deposit. They said the garage window was broken (it was like that when we moved in). We were charged for scotch tape removal on a window. There were several charges for ticky-tack items. I personally shampooed the carpet in the basement, but apparently that wasn't good enough. We did break a window in the upstairs and we paid for it, however, 2 days before it was fixed, they tried to go behind our backs and fix it so they could charge us more money. I am a combat veteran who served 4 years in the Army with 1 yr in Afghanistan. I cleaned that house to perfection because I am a responsible adult. This company constantly said we were late on payments which was a lie. They constantly lie and find ways to charge you extra money. I honestly don't know how they have a business. I rented a home from this company for the last three years and after we move out they are trying to keep my whole deposit and also charge me an additional $for so called damagesI have done my research on this company and the reviews are all the same 'no one is getting their deposit back 'they are charging $to cut the grass and they are trying to charge $just to replace this dollar store carpet and there are so many other bogus charges

Never rent with this companyThey overcharge for things that you are not responsible forThey keep your deposit then try to charge you for a list of things that is not your responsibilityHorrible company to rent with

This management company is TERRIBLE! They are very unorganized and they do not respond to you or your requests in a timely mannerYou have to constantly follow up with them to see when they are coming to fix the problemI would not recommend them to anyone!

This is a miserable company to deal with Repairs often take weeks at a timeThey don't return calls in a timely mannerCustomer service is extremely poor!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! when you need repairs they are not addressed promptly the staff are not customer friendlyWhen addressing issues you may be having they tend to get smart at the mouthYou must first know CPMG are hired by the home owner so repair issues must be approved by the owner before the maintenance can be completedI recommend you look elsewhere for a rental property

My wife and I rented a property from Cleveland property management in Aug and recently moved out Aug We lived there for yearsWhen we moved in we did some cleaning of the house, wiping out cabinets, drawers, counters etcThere were appliances in the property, but they were in terrible condition so we asked for them to be removed and purchased our ownWe had to do an extinsive cleaning behind all of the old appliancesWe did clean up leaves and also asked for some bushes to be removed because they were deadUpon our moving out of the property we cleaned the houseWe cleaned and vacuumed the carpets, cleaned the bathroom, cut the grass cleaned up leaves and cleaned the whole houseWe asked if we could be present when they did their walk through, and was told we were not allowed to be present at the time of the inspectionAfter a few weeks on September 15th I called the office to see if they had finished their inspectionThey sent me an email, and I was very shocke

We have had more issues with both of the property management companies handling this property (*** *** and Cleveland Property Managers), in the past two and a half months of our residency, than we have ever experienced in the past
We, the tenants, have made, and have copies of, numerous correspondence attempts over the past few months (since move in), requesting several issues be resolvedSome of the issues are as follows:
Provide us, the tenant, with the link to make the monthly rent payments on time (the first of the month), which has not been provided timely as of yetCPM has now charged late fees for rent that was already received (receipts can be provided)
No one has seemed to be able to address any of our concerns, complaints, requests, or even provided us with documentation and statuses of refunds, that have been requested on numerous occasionsRequests include the following:
