I ordered trees from FGT Except for one they arrived in excellent condition I contacted them and replacement tree was sent IMMEDIATELY After that order , I ordered more trees This time ALL arrived in healthy and ready to be plantedThat wasn't enough so I ordered have ordered two more " exotic fruit " treesThey should arrive by the end of the weekStarting with ordering my favorite and the only one I have spoken to for every order miss xxxxx has been a total delightFriendly, knowledgeable , courteous and a joyI have spoken to a few in customer service , all have been excellentThey do everything they possibly can to make this a pleasant and painless experienceI have already recommended them to my family and many of my friendsI would most definitely order from them again !!!!!

I saw an advertisement for fast-growing-trees and that the tree would be superior to other trees I could purchase elsewhere due to the fact that they are grafted and pruned so they would produce excellent fruit and be much less worrisome than anything that I would find at the local big box storeI have to be honest, the price seemed high but I have found that you get what you pay for so I made my selection for the semi-dwarf red haven peach treeI was impressed in the ease of my purchase as all of my questions were answered during the purchase processI was told to expect my tree in a well packaged box in about three daysI anxiously awaited the arrival of my tree and had great expectations of what I would be receivingOnce I received my package I found that the tree was boxed well but there was definitely something wrong with my treeI noticed the leafless limbs and buds were very dry, and the general feel of the tree was not that of a tree that was dormant and [redacted] to come out of its winter sleep to intensely grow to the anticipated superior tree I felt I was promisedI read the instructions of how to express my concerns with the condition of my tree and received a detailed and professional e-mail from customer service in response of my online inquiry the next morningAfter reporting my findings by a quick assessment I was told (the same day) they would make my situation good right away by sending a replacement treeUpon receiving the second tree, I again was not satisfied as this tree also was dead upon arrival and I followed the procedures I previously followed from tree number oneUpon receiving a response from Customer service, I noticed a much different tone in my response e-mailThis time, I could tell on behalf of FGT, "My" customer service professional was very sorry for my troubles and appreciated my patience with my unsatisfactory products and she assured me she would make me happy customerUpon my second replacement, I just received a very beautiful third tree that is exactly what I had felt I was promised with a couple of perks this time for my troubleI'm an understanding kind of guy and know you can't put a guarantee on any living thing as "stuff" happensI thoroughly feel fast-growing-tree is a great company to purchase your plants from because of their exceptional products they offer and possibly the most important part of the company, their customer service teamThank you Rachael for making me a happy customer!
I ordered flowering shrubs from Fast Growing Trees at the end of Junedespite the hot weather and transport, the plants arrived robust and green without any signs of stressi was very surprised at how good they lookedwell developed and no drooping, wilting, or discolorationthe flowers on the one shrub were also in great condition I have since planted them, and they continue to thrive with new growth a month later I am so pleased with the plants

Had a great experience with fast growing trees customer service Have gotten several trees from them and have been happy with mostBut recently got a tree that was pretty dried out and dead looking when it arrived and another that has several grafts some of which were dead I emailed pictures and very quickly they agreed to refund or replace the trees

I ordered two ftGreen Giant Thujas from Fast Growing Trees They had to travel all across country and in addition, the carrier lost them along the way and re-routing caused another four day delay I feared they would not survive Instead they were still moist and green upon arrival
There were some minor twig breakages, and unfortunately, one tree was bent sideways I sent a picture and contacted FGT right away I did tell them I thought both trees would survive, and still wanted to plant them*** jumped right in and
said you bought a certain height and we want you to have that! So they are shipping another tree even though they said go ahead and plant the other if you want So two are in the ground, one with a stake, but they are both looking great,
and the 'replacement' tree has already shipped Absolutely wonderful tree quality and customer service! I look forward to being a long term customer, in spite of the shipping distance

I've had a good experience with Fast-growing-trees and ordered a banana plant They offered advice on growing it and care for it and come this spring, I was afraid I had prepared it for the winter wrong In talking with them, they seemed almost EAGER to activate my warranty and send me a free replacement I'm hoping not to have to do it because their willingness to stand by their product speaks volumes about the company I hope to learn this evening about the tree's fate and if I can save it If I can, this is due to a lengthy discussion and review of how to best take care of the plant If I can't, they're willing to stand by their product and use my warranty to send me another I feel taken care of by this company

Fast growing but slow dying
Two trees planted far apart died in a couple of years.
No warranty.
They were willing to sell me more!
