I had ordered a dwarf banana tree for a Christmas gift and it was to ship opn 12/19/to arrive by 12/23/
When I called this morning to check on it I spoke with a manager,*** and she said they are unable to ship at all until 12/27/
This experience has re-inforced the statement I always tell my members - if it sounds too good to be true - IT IS!
Buyers beware of this business and their less than honest promises on their website!

I purchased an Avocado tree from FGT, followed the planting directions to the letter, it did not surviveI waited an extended period of time to see if it would come back, it did not I called FGT explained what happened, they sent a new tree which I received in three daysIts in the ground with new growth and standing tall The staff at FGT were great and I will and did, recommend their nursery to anyone who needs plants/trees or assistance ***, from Florida

Fast Growing Trees is an excellent company to do business with I've had questions concerning my purchase and they have been more than willing to help me I have sent them emails for information and they have answered in a timely manner with exactly the information I needed I would recommend this company to anyone and I will continue to do business with them
I purchased 2 trees from FGT and the warranty. I was hesitant to do so because of shipping trauma, and then dealing with a non-local company. The trees arrived on time and in good condition. Packaging was very well done and the trees were in their original pots. After planting the trees, they leafed out nicely... then subsequently died. It could have been the massive rains we received, I don't know. I called to execute the warranty. [redacted] responded saying they didn't have trees that size so they were shipping bigger ones. Also, the warranty doesn't include shipping but she said because of a shipping promo, they could throw in shipping too! I am keeping the bigger trees in pots until the rainy season is over. Overall, a fantastic experience with FGT. Couldn't ask for more!

From my first phone call to my last, my customer service rep, [redacted] was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about anything I asked her! I ordered 33 Nellie Stevens Holly bushes and not only did they arrive in two days but the trees were absolutely gorgeous. We realized there was an "opportunity" with my order and I want everyone to know that this company made it right!!!! I have never seen customer service like this...At its finest. All they cared about was making me happy. WHO DOES THAT? Fast-gorwing-trees does. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I wish EVERY company operated the way this one does. You guys are the best!!! I have never ordered plants via online shopping for fear of what would actually arrive. I can tell you now that fear is over for me because of your company. My tree came today and as I opened it I prepared myself for a stick with a root or two and low and behold I opened a box of the greenest leaves and potted in soil. I almost jumped off my back deck. I immediately called my Mom and was raving and gushing over my new tree friend and the only nursery that I will ever order from. I plan a small orchard of fruit trees that can survive, thrive, and produce in my location. I look forward to buying them from you all. I can understand the high prices to an extent, however, I may not be at a place in my life right now to afford my very own orchard, I hope too. Even if it's one or two trees at a time.
Keep up the amazing work! I thank you from my soul and I plan on making a slid show of my tree friends growth and posting it everywhere!

When I initially received my shipment, none of the five of the fruit plants that I ordered survived the transit. There was soil everywhere when I opened the box and I was utterly disgusted by the state of the plants. I was very upset that I had paid so much for these plants and it was my first time buying from fast growing trees. I was so outraged that I immediately got on my computer to email FGT. Within 24 hours I relieved an email and tracking number from a customer service rep named Emily. She apologized for the situation and reshipped my entire order, immediately. What great customer service. Emily is very professional and I very much appreciated her assistance in that matter. I relieved the new shipment two days ago. Everything arrived in perfect shape although some foliage was discoloured and dried out, and there was some breakage, I knew that this was normal during transit, This was very very minor compared to my first shipment, After two days, which is today, my plants have perked up. FGT shipped me plants that have incredible root systems, I am very satisfied with my order and your customer service. Thank you.
