I have bought trees from several nurseries. Both by mail and local. This is the only nursery I will be buying my trees from now. The trees I got last year are doing great. The new ones that just arrived are strong, healthy looking trees. Their customer service is professional and extremely customer friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company at all.

I saw an advertisement for fast-growing-trees and that the tree would be superior to other trees I could purchase elsewhere due to the fact that they are grafted and pruned so they would produce excellent fruit and be much less worrisome than anything that I would find at the local big box store. I have to be honest, the price seemed high but I have found that you get what you pay for so I made my selection for the semi-dwarf red haven peach tree. I was impressed in the ease of my purchase as all of my questions were answered during the purchase process. I was told to expect my tree in a well packaged box in about three days. I anxiously awaited the arrival of my tree and had great expectations of what I would be receiving. Once I received my package I found that the tree was boxed well but there was definitely something wrong with my tree. I noticed the leafless limbs and buds were very dry, and the general feel of the tree was not that of a tree that was dormant and [redacted] to come out of its winter sleep to intensely grow to the anticipated superior tree I felt I was promised. I read the instructions of how to express my concerns with the condition of my tree and received a detailed and professional e-mail from customer service in response of my online inquiry the next morning. After reporting my findings by a quick assessment I was told (the same day) they would make my situation good right away by sending a replacement tree. Upon receiving the second tree, I again was not satisfied as this tree also was dead upon arrival and I followed the procedures I previously followed from tree number one. Upon receiving a response from Customer service, I noticed a much different tone in my response e-mail. This time, I could tell on behalf of FGT, "My" customer service professional was very sorry for my troubles and appreciated my patience with my unsatisfactory products and she assured me she would make me happy customer. Upon my second replacement, I just received a very beautiful third tree that is exactly what I had felt I was promised with a couple of perks this time for my trouble. I'm an understanding kind of guy and know you can't put a guarantee on any living thing as "stuff" happens. I thoroughly feel fast-growing-tree is a great company to purchase your plants from because of their exceptional products they offer and possibly the most important part of the company, their customer service team. I have purchased 23 Hybrid Willows. They arrived in time and in fantastic condition. There is some conflicting articles online about planting so I contacted [redacted] their arborist more then one time for instructions. She was very nice and extremely helpful. She emailed me information to help me out. My experience with this company is five star. I would recommend them to my friends and family. I look forward to planting my trees tomorrow and feel confident that if I loose some within the first year they will be replaced without a problem. I did purchase the protection plan which I would highly suggest to anyone making a significant investment.

Fast Growing Trees is a great company. I have been a customer since March 14, 2013. there were two instances where bare root trees never came out of dormancy. In both instances the trees were replaced very quickly. Both trees were replaced with a larger tree than ordered. They are doing wonderfully. I was very satisfied with the quick and efficient manner in which replacements were handled. Just this week I received package with two trees. The box and one of the trees were damaged. I took pictures of the box and tree and sent them in an email to Fast Growing Trees. They replied quickly with apologies and the assurance that it will be handled to my satisfaction. I will always buy my trees or plants with Fast Growing Trees. the quality of the products and their service are second to none.
This was my first encounter with Fast Growing Trees. My order was very easy to place. Encountered a small over sight with the shipping of the tree. Notified customer service and received prompt and very satisfactory resolution. My tree arrived in great condition and looks healthy!

When the taller of the two trees was damaged in shipment (about 11 inches snapped off the top of a 7 foot tree) FGT took action on my comments back to them. They provided a refund to make the purchase similar to the next smaller size tree, which is what I wanted. The trees appear to be taking to my location quite well. I am very happy with this company and would order from them again.
I have ordered previously from fast growing trees with nothing but fast delivery time and product arrived as described on web.
My last order delivered and was not the correct item I ordered. FGTs responded almost immediately to my email and replaced order with correct tree and told me to keep incorrect tree for the inconvience I experienced.
FGTs staff is very professional and their customer relation team first rate. I highly recommend FGTs.
I ordered 4 flowering shrubs from Fast Growing Trees at the end of June. despite the hot weather and transport, the plants arrived robust and green without any signs of stress. I was very surprised at how good they looked. well developed and no drooping, wilting, or discoloration. the flowers on the one shrub were also in great condition.
I have since planted them, and they continue to thrive with new growth a month later.

After that order , I ordered 6 more trees . This time ALL arrived in healthy and ready to be planted. That wasn't enough so I ordered have ordered two more " exotic fruit " trees. They should arrive by the end of the week. Starting with ordering my favorite and the only one I have spoken to for every order miss xxxxx has been a total delight. Friendly, knowledgeable , courteous and a joy. I have spoken to a few in customer service , all have been excellent. They do everything they possibly can to make this a pleasant and painless experience. I have already recommended them to my family and many of my friends. I would most definitely order from them again !!!!!
