Fast Response Heating and Cooling

I am rejecting this response because: the unit sat for 13 days while I called your company every day to check on the part. I was told multiple times it would be in and it wasn't. Had the unit not sat for 13 days not working the freon should have not leaked "completely" dry. There are many complaints that your company takes a long time to "fix" problems and then ends up charging to refill empty freon. Had the issue been fixed in an acceptable amount of time the freon should not have run dry. I requested to speak to a supervisor on multiple occasions and was told by the tech that someone would call my number to discuss the freon and problem. No one ever called to discuss this

I am not trying to get free freon. I want to make sure this company is providing me the services needed. The technician went to unit 5 when he should have gone to Unit 32. As far a a compressor that is a lie. I spoke with Robert and when I asked him if there was a compressor installed. He said NO. The diagnosis and services was totally different.

warranty company and the cleaning that you had all ready received on 8/2/2017.The prorated amount that you would receive a refund for is $159 for the Fall cleaning that you did not receive.

Fast Response Htg & Cooling install A COMPRESSOR 7/22/2014 went back out on 8/14/2014 and repaired a leak on the king valve and she only pay $160.00 for r22  ( Freon) they will be no refunds to her    ThanksJenny

unit and there is no way to remove the coil with out removing the wall in front or uninstalling the air handler and neither of those options are covered.Again I am very sorry for this situation and that we where unable to explain the situation of access to you.
