Poor communication and customer service.
I had been trying to reach this company since July 16th, after multiple attempts via email, phone & portal message I finally reached someone, no one ever contacted me. I needed to add accounts to my program, due to COVID19, my financial situation has gotten worse. I missed my April and May payments because I was laid off and my unemployment took 6 weeks to kick in. I was informed very brashly that I would have to make up 2 payments of $384 in order to add accounts to my program. Apparently, missing 2 payments put my account in the negative -$577 and no new accounts can be added on until I brought that balance positive. I was told it is negative because of the fees that were charged. Which seems crazy top me since nothing has been done on my account. I was told no exceptions can be made to add accounts even though it was because of a COVID layoff. I am still required to make my balance positive. The woman that I spoke to was not nice at all and should not be dealing with customers. I have left 2 voicemails for my attorney *** in regards to this and he has yet to contact me back. I am NOT impressed with this company and I am ready to cancel. The communication and customer service I am finding out.....is HORRIBLE. If an exception cannot be made to add accounts to my program due to COVID, than I want a FULL REFUND. This company has done nothing for me.

Desired Outcome

If an exception cannot be made to add accounts to my program due to COVID, than I want a FULL REFUND of every penny I have paid. This company has done nothing for me except cause me stress during an already stressful time.

Fast Track Financial Services Response • Aug 03, 2020

signed a 42 month contract back in March of this year, she was supposed to make monthly payments of $383.30 starting on 13th of each month starting in March. She made her March draft, but then needed to skip her April & May drafts due to COVID , which we allowed. The costs of the program do not stop even if a draft is missed. Presently *** is negative in the program, yet we are still working with her. The accounts that she wishes to add are recently opened new accounts that she has not even made a payment on, therefore due to her negative status and that no payment has been made on recently opened loans that she wishes to add to the program we cannot accept them. If *** wishes to cancel, that is her right, but there will be no refund. Please refer to part of the signed contract attached.

This is not acceptable, this company has taken money from me for fees but NO SERVICE has been provided. Not 1 thing has been done on my account, except get charged for fees. That is very unethical! It is even more unethical during this pandemic when people's incomes are down, like mine. Not to mention, the extremely poor customer service and lack of communication. I even reached out to my 'attorney' 3 times and no response from him. When I originally joined the program, the 'attorney' informed me that he was here to help if I had any issues or questions, what a lie that was. I want to cancel my account with them and I want a refund of every penny that I paid.

Fast Track Financial Services Response • Aug 04, 2020

Once again we would like to state that ***
signed a 42 month contract and has only made 3 drafts, March/2020, June/2020 & July 2020. She skipped drafts in April/2020 and May/2020. It is her right to cancel, but there will be no refund. We have represented her accordingly, even though she is negative ($) in the program. As the costs continue even if a draft is skipped. We sent her a copy of the signed contract today via email.

This company is very unethical. I signed a contract for them to provide a service that they have NOT provided. They have not done 1 thing on my account accept charge money for 0 services provided. I had to skip my April and May payments, I did not want to skip them. I want to cancel my contract with this company and I WANT A FULL REFUND! They did NOTHING on my contract and they have horrible customer service.

Failure to follow through with stated services; asked multiple times for copy of paperwork but still don't have it
I have never been behind on our bills but I was tired of the high interest rates. I expressed this from the beginning but all they did was take my money and cause us to have bad credit. We were told they would immediately begin working with our creditors to resolve our debit and we should have a settlement within 3 months. After 2 months they haven't even contacted our creditors. They claimed to have sent them a letter but when requested a copy of it, they refused to give it to us. I was also told I would receive a copy of all paperwork but even after requesting it multiple times I still haven't seen it. They have taken over $1000 from us and have done nothing to help us consolidate our debts. Before deciding to cancel our agreement with them I tried to contact our representative (the lady we spoke with from the beginning) because I wanted an explanation of what is going on but she ignored my messages. After I called to cancel it she's called and messaged me multiple times. When we did get someone on the phone for an explanation of what was happening they have completely changed their description of their services. Around June 17, we were told that they will not do anything for at least 6 months, after our debts were sold to a collection company. When asked for a copy of our agreement to verify that this was what we agreed to (which it wasn't), I was told multiple times that it was emailed to me but I've never seen it. We were also told that a lawyer would call us within the week and we would be made known of ever step that is taken to resolve our debts. Two months later no lawyer has called us and no one has told us anything that has been done with our debtors. Based on our conversation, that leaves us to assume nothing has been done because no one has told us any thing (until we called them and then they made up some lies). Now we are stuck with bad credit, two months behind on our bills, late fees, out over $1000 and nothing has been done to help consolidate our debit. This company is a scam and I will make sure no one I know will make the same mistake I did.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive our $1000 back so I can use it to catch up the bills they allowed to get behind. The money was supposed to go to a service that was no provided so I don't owe them anything.

signed a 48 month contract with Golden Law and decided to cancel for own reasons after only 2 months. We have provided her with a copy of the /s/ contract, advised that is this a pay as you program and that there are no refunds. Please see attached from the contract that discusses refunds

Customer Response • Jul 08, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I paid for a service that was never rendered. I have requested multiple times to receive a copy of my contract and as of 7/8/2020, I still have not received it. I also asked for proof of where my creditors were contacted and they refused to provide this documentation so as far as I know they never did the job for which they were paid. If you purchased a product that you never receive, you would expect a refund just as if you paid for a service that never took place, you would expect a refund.

It doesn't matter what is in the contract because if the company is unable to follow the guidelines set within, the contract is voided.

I resent contract to clt via Outlook email to her gmail account.

We were honoring our contract, considering that *** canceled a 48 month signed contract after only 2 months.

We are not pleased with the deceptive business practices. We are paying the money And not getting anything in return.
They have deceptive business practices. They will not provide documentation that they have contacted the individual creditors. They will not allow us to speak to a negotiator that is handling our account. Every time we call we get a different story about who we can talk to and who we cannot. The only document they would provide us is the contract after the initial set up meeting. Out of the first 3000 dollars that we have paid, 2700 dollars have gone to fees and services. This is before any negotiation with anyone. Then they sent an email saying they were advising us to send another 300 dollars to try to negotiate a debt. This was on top of our monthly payment. When we called them they said this could be enough but it could not be enough which would result in paying more than 300 dollars on top of our monthly payment. The only time we hear from them is when the payment is due. Other than that we have to call them to find out what is going on. We called them one time and the person was very rude. We have never missed a monthly payment but get treated like this. We are not happy at all with this experience.

Desired Outcome

We would like to get a full refund.

Fast Track Financial Services Response • Jun 17, 2020

Kimberly and *** entered into a 30 month contract with Golden Law to have their 9 enrolled accounts settled. They have only been in the program for 10 months and everything is proceeding accordingly. If they would like to cancel, that would be unfortunate, but we would comply and release them from the program. This is a pay as you go program and there are no refunds.

Please see a part of the signed contract that I have attached in reference to refunds. If they cancel, they will receive $364.50 that they have in their escrow account. We suggest that they stay in the program, not lose any monies and allow us to do our job and get them debt free on or before the end of their contract date.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We still have not received any proof that letters were sent to the creditors on our file. We asked for them last week and still have not received anything. We are still told that we cannot talk to the negotiator who is handling our accounts. The only document they will show is is the contract. We tried to reach out to the manager and did not receive any response until we filed the complaint. We emailed the manager last Thursday also requesting documentation that they have contacted our creditors. We asked to show proof that these letters were sent and received. We were told the letters were archived and they would send them. A week later we have no documents. If their practices are ethical then why can we not speak to someone who is directly handling our account. We have been told that we cannot speak to any manager directly or negotiator but they are still asking for more money to negotiate. The manager will not even provide his direct number so we can contact him.

Fast Track Financial Services Response • Jun 19, 2020

The letter of representation is being pulled from archives. We have a dedicated customer service team that has been speaking to the client.

Customer Response • Jun 22, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We requested these letters on 6/11/2020 and as of 6/22/2020 we have not received any letters. We were also told the letters are in archives but we only have 10 creditors in this program and it seems unbelievable that it would take this long to secure letters of representation that were sent out in August of 2019 per the customer service representative; unless the letters were never sent. We still feel like there is no transparency with this process as we are unable to speak with a negotiator directly or the group responsible for sending the letters. The customer service representative will not send us any proof that they are requesting documents as we are told all of their processes are in house and that representatives of other departments do not speak directly to the paying customer. I have never heard of a company that will not allow employees to speak to the customers that are paying for a service. What are they hiding?

We want to feel confident in the program but everything this company does seems secretive. We want to be able to speak directly with the negotiator that is handling our account to verify the settlement discussions. We are asking for proof that they are providing this service. Confirmation that they have indeed contacted our creditors as they have outlined. We need verifiable proof of receipt of the representation letters and verifiable proof that actual contact was made with said creditors. We need certified letters of all correspondence sent between all parties involved in this process. Also we need contact numbers of all parties involved in handling our accounts. If we do not get this we want our full refund.

We would like documentation by Wednesday June 24th.

Fast Track Financial Services Response • Jun 24, 2020

We totally disagree as nothing is being done in a secretive manner , everything has a procedure in place that is followed accordingly. Mr *** will receive the copy of the letter of representation. Finally as we stated before, if Mr. insists on canceling the program prematurely with Golden Law he will not be receiving a refund.

is the person that I spoke to originally. He no longer responds to my calls. I'm VERY dissatisfied with the program.
My husband and I have been in the debt settlement program through Fast Track's representative called Golden Law Group. We've been in this program since October 2019 and have paid $1660 already. So far, not only have we only accumulated under $200 in an escrow account designed to use for paying our We debtors, but on Friday, January 31, 2020, I was served with a court's summons from one of my creditors. When I reached out to *** with the Golden Law Firm, she told me that either I could give them $200 more dollars/month or call the creditor myself because of being so early in this program. I spoke to her again today, February 5, and she told me that there is a possibility that another creditor might also try to garnish my husband's wages! I'm wondering what are all of the fees paying for? Also, when I spoke to *** initially from Fast Track, he reassured me that this program was designed to help our credit score improve. Due to this process taking so long, my credit score has gotten worse. We also were told that letters were sent out to our creditors in October 2019. *** informed me that those letters are not available for us to see although we are paying for their services. None of our creditors have said that they have received anything from Golden Law Firm concerning the program we are in. Before enrolling in this program, I had a perfect credit payment history. Because of being advised to stop paying my creditors, my credit score has plummeted. I just want a refund of all of the money we put into this program, which is over $1600 at this point. My husband and I are in a worse financial situation than we were before we got involved with this company.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of the $1600 we have spent in this program.

Fast Track Financial Services Response • Feb 07, 2020

signed a 30 month contract and decided to cancel the program for her own reasons after only 4 months. We have canceled her from the program as per her request, but she is not entitled to a refund, as she canceled prematurely and never allowed us to honor our part if the contract. We have reached out to *** and also emailed her the copy of her signed contract, so that she may get a better understanding of the program and also to review the refund policy.

Customer Response • Feb 07, 2020

Another thing that we didn't like is that they refused to show us proof that they sent letters to our creditors to inform them of our being in this program. Every creditor that we spoke with has said they haven't heard anything from *** Firm. I feel that they haven't been transparent through this process with us paying so many upfront fees!

Fast Track Financial Services Response • Feb 10, 2020

Once again our position is clear and we are very transparent as everything about the program is outlined in the contract that *** signed ( which I sent her another copy ) . She signed up for a 30 month contact with *** and decided to cancel after only 4 months, plus withdrew monies from her escrow that were set aside to build for settlements. she can be reinstated into the program if she wishes

I am not satisfied with this response to my complaint. We paid for the company to represent us, but when a creditor filed a suit against me, *** did not live up to their agreement to fight for us. I had to negotiate with the creditor, *** Finance *** Aa far as the escrow account is concerned, that is our money to use as needed. *** Firm had not began negotiations with creditors. The creditors have all stated that they have not received anything from ***. If *** was transparent they would have provided us proof that they had indeed reached out to creditors. This they refused to do!!!!!!!

Fast Track Financial Services Response • Feb 12, 2020

has honored the commitment in our contract that was signed by ***. As far as the monies in escrow, that is correct that his her money, but the primary purpose is to use towards NEGOTIATIONS. As far as the *** summons ( which was a valid debt ) , *** had not built up sufficient funds in escrow for *** to negotiate a settlement and she couldn't draft additional monies, so she was guided by *** to contact *** to set up Good Faith Payments to delay *** from taking further action until sufficient monies were built up in escrow to negotiate a settlement. We stand by our statement that all of the 14 enrolled accounts would have been resolved on or before the completion of the 30 month program, *** canceled after 4 months.

Hello everyone who's reading this. I will have it done until Jan 2020 and not thing to worry about debt. I've been in program since 2016 and helped to pay off my $ 21,500 debt. I drafted $ 439.89 per month for 36 months. No one like debt in the life, but it happened and you have to deal with it. Let this company deal for you, but you have to be solid to draft your fund in Global Client Solution account. They need the fund getting big faster because it makes them easier to negotiate with creditors. I got upset few times because they asked me to draft more money than it's been set, but the end of program I realized they helped me for debt free; otherwise I don't think I could get it off in my life forever. Thank you Sorrany, Tiffany, Rachel and recently Robin. Again thanks so much for working hard to make my life back and I think this holidays coming are the best in my life, Christmas and New Year 2020. Happy Holidays.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with your customer care team. I appreciate the professionalism and thoroughness with complete follow-up. I have great confidence that I am close to becoming debt free. Thank you and I highly recommend your service.

This company is a scam (ALSO UNDER Goldenlaw LLP). I fell on hard times over the summer with my health and missed a few credit card payments and considered a settlement company. These people scammed me and the expense of my health! They talk a good talk to get you in but they are horrible and only after moneythe worse part is how they deceive you in doing so. They project themselves as a settlement company and I was told that I would be paying for their services in doing this. I was only told that I be paying 8% of the money put into an escrow account monthly for their services. Little did I know, they charge me over 80% of what I was putting in to the account monthly. Not to mention, I never received a signed copy of the contract until about 2 weeks ago (according to their own contract it states that the agreement is null and void until after BOTH parties received an executed *aka signedcopy of the agreement) AFTER I requested it realizing it was NEVER sent to meeven though I signed it back in the beginning of Septemberwith a notaryNOT a representative of their scam company.

When confronted about their terrible customer service (I kept getting different answers from different people, they didn't even recognize a solicitation letter and told me it was a settlement letter from one of my creditors) and the deceptive practices, they denied a full refund and only wanted to give me 15% of 3 month payments I had already made (700 dollar each month).

After doing some research and consulting an attorney, I found that it is ILLEGAL for any for profit settlement company to charge up front fees for services. They HAVE to have a settlement agreement with the creditors or the 3rd parties that now have the debt, that you also have to agree with in order to take out service fees. This is under the federal trade commissions telemarketing sale rule or TSR. There was never a even settlement presented to me.

I do not want anyone to be ticked into this company's nasty schemes.
Product_Or_Service: Debt Settlement

Desired Outcome

Refund A full refund, nothing less.

Here is the email I received as a response from this company:

Hello ***,

It has been brought to my attention that you wish to cancel your contract with Golden Law.

I am sorry to hear that and wanted to see if your concerns or questions could be answered.

I see that you also filed a Revdex.com complaint against our company. You signed a 48 month contract and want to cancel the program after 3 months. How can we be at fault when you are not allowing us to do the job that we were retained to do? We would understand your claims if you were close to completing the program and we had not honored our part of the agreement, but that is far from the case.

This program has worked in a positive way for many clients, I wish you would reconsider and give the program the proper time to work.

Thank you,

I do not accept the response because I do not trust this company to do the right thing on their own. They were given multiple chances to do that before I reached out to the Revdex.com and an attorney.
I was told by *** when I initially talked to her about cancelling that I would be hearing from the manager and she thought maybe something more could be done considering everything. I then was then told by *** that after speaking to her boss, they were not going to refund me anything except what was left in escrow, period.
Going forward, most, if not all, communication will be through Revdex.com and or my attorney to ensure everything is properly documented, monitored, and dealt with.

I was asked to sign a release form, in addition to the cancellation form that I signed over a week ago, AFTER I informed them of me taking legal action. The "release" was basically them wanting me to accept the amount of money left in escrow after they took over 80% of it each month and not to hold them responsible/accountable for anything else. I do not agree with the terms of that release, therefore, I'm not signing it.

My Escrow account has been cancelled and closed out by me, since it is my account after all, so there is no need to sign the release in order to get the money remaining in the account.

To address or question, specifically Mr. "How can we be at fault when you are not allowing us to do the job that we were retained to do? We would understand your claims if you were close to completing the program and we had not honored our part of the agreement, but that is far from the case."
You are at fault because your customer service representatives handled things extremely poor from the very beginning: from me not being informed of the accurate percentages that would be taken out monthly in detail before I signed upwhen I specifically asked, to I was told I was sent a settlement letter that was in fact NOT a settlement letter, to a representative telling me they were on the phone with the one of my creditors negotiating right then, to neither of my creditors being able to confirm the mystery letters of representation that were supposedly sent months ago by you guysthat you guys did not have the fortitude to have trackedif for nothing else other than to have proper documentation that anything was ever sent, to me being told multiple different things by people who work for the same company, to you guys doing things that are just ILLEGAL.

Please see: https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/debt-relief-services-telemarketing-sales-rule-guide-business

I feel, on all three bullet points, you guys simply missed the mark on every one.

I want to be compensated for more than what was left in my account because I feel that I have been deceived greatly and misinformed greatly in regards to the program, not to mention the terrible customer service I have received throughout most of my time with this company. As previously mentioned, in regard to me not receiving a signed copy of my contract until December, the contract should not have even been valid up until this point and taking out service fees before a settlement is reached is illegalSEE LINK AGAIN ABOVE. In the coming days (Before December 27, 2018)I will provide documentation of ALL my claims.

Sincerely

Good afternoon,

The company has agreed to refund $1,800 total, so I would like to dismiss the case as resolved.

Thanks

Called today about 1pm identifying from a Pompano Beach number as from Fast Track Financial. I stated "do not call list" and ended the call. They have now called 8 times in the last three hours. Unacceptable spam from what is probably a very shady company.

Desired Outcome

No settlement requested - for Publication of this company as unscrupulous and bad business

Fast Track Financial Services Response • Nov 15, 2018

The matter has been resolved , please close the complaint as such

The promise of financial help.
Fast Track with their law partners Golden Law promised to speak with my creditors, lower my interest rates, work with my creditors, and have me out of debt in 48 months. I sent them all the statements they asked for ,all the notices sent to me as they instructed, I avoided in coming phone calls as instructed. I was told they would start sending out letters. Then creditors started calling me at work. I continued with the instructions of avoid them. Then one day I go to work to have to face a summons to go to court because I'm being sued and my wages are about to be garnished they never sent letters, never made a phone call. They did nothing but take my money from April until October. When I entered the program in April they had one of their lawyers here in Oklahoma contact me. When I was sued they put a lawyer from Mo. on the case. The result was instead of these debts being settled with the program, I had to come up with over 300 dollars more to dish out personally to the company each month and still pay 465 dollars plus an extra 150 to the program. I was terrified because the company that was suing me had 2 more accounts to collect on from me for a total of 4 accounts they would sue me for and receive garnishments on, not to mention all the other creditors I had placed in the program for consolidation. I personally went to the companies and worked a payment plan out that I could afford. I have started planning with all my creditors to get me out of the mess Fast Tract and Golden Law has got me into. This company rarely returns calls. They give you many "direct numbers" that dials only one person. They constantly have you refax documents to them because they do not have your file with them or never received it. In total they scammed me for 2500 dollars before I got out of their program. I feel I am owed a full refund as I had to do their job for them. A service I was paying them for.

Desired Outcome

I am wanting a full refund and letter to all creditors as to what they did to me.

The facts are still Fast track and Golden Law never contacted any of my creditors , I was still sued, and I had to do all the leg work to come up with a payment plan to pay off now 5 of the personal loan companies they said they could take care of and didn't even try. I didn't even include the cost of faxing paper work for the cases or for refaxing what they couldn't find. I want a full refund not just what was 7 months of my accumulated money out 465 dollars a month.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have spoken with my creditors they were not contacted. I received nothing from Fast Track or Golden :aw stating they contacted anyone as their contract said they would, also they said when they contacted my creditors the collection calls would stop they didn't. Again I was served at work for suite. They did contact a lawyer out of MO. after I was sued instead of contacting the lawyer from OK. they assigned to me at the beginning of the program. Again I had to resend all paper work to them and they told me they had not spoken to the lawyer from MO. nor received his email as to my case. The lawyer from MO agreed that the program would not work for me on the suites I would have to pay the creditors out of my own pocket and the money being sent in to program was not enough to make payments as the program took their fees first. I talk to my creditors who sat me down and we came to an arrangement I could afford while combining 2 more account and getting them paid off, bringing the payments down from aprox. $680 a month to $226. If they had contacted my creditors they could have done the same thing. If Fast Track and Golden Law had done as they said they would I would not be worse off with my finances than I am now. And I still don't understand why all direct phone numbers to people in the office go directly to ***'s phone . I even called and left a message that I was unhappy and did not like the fact I could never get a person to talk to and had a person call back and leave a message he was the head of Golden law only to get *** and he told me that person was from Fronteer finance another of their program branches. How they can take money from poor people and say they are just is beyond me.

I would give it no stars. Based upon enough negative reviews, I decided to ask for information up front regarding fees and policies. I ask to have it sent to me via email so I could review things before I signed up. My cell phone doesn't work well in my house so I asked for information via email to start then, if I felt comfortable with their program, I would call them and start the process. I was told no by *** and that they needed to run my credit report and sign an agreement before I could get more information about how things worked. I felt that If it was going to be this difficult before I even got started I imagined it would only get worse like so many others stated in their reviews. So I decided to look for another company that would work better for me. I found one. I emailed *** back, told her thank you but I'm going elsewhere for help. She responded by essentially admonishing me, telling me they had a Revdex.com A+ rating ("We have an A+ with the Revdex.com so I don't know what's better than that." - they don't and are not accredited was my reply). She wrote her response as if I was an ie and basically confirmed my decision to find another service. I told her I was pretty smart about what I needed and wanted and I no longer wished for her to email. She however continued to email me, again implying I was not correct about not using them and I asked her twice more to stop. I hope she does. This review is a ZERO star.

I used this company to help get my debt paid down and I was Garnished from my bank account, now I am over drawn and I am no closer to being settled
I started with this company almost 2 years ago and they took 10,000 as payment to help pay down my debt by negotiating my debits. I was promised a guarantee and when I started I was to pay 850 to go towards my debit now I am up to 1200 a month and I am being garnished from my job and my bank account. I was told that the garnishment should not have happened because they were in negotiations with this company but now almost 3 weeks later nothing is resolved and I have no money. I want my 10,000 dollars back and I am most likely going to have to file bankruptcy because I trusted a company who has done nothing but lie to me for 2 years. I was told that by signing up with them I would be debit free and that they help millions of people like me.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of what I paid them, they collected their fees up front before they went to work on my debit resolution, No other business does this, You pay after services are rendered. They failed me completely and they got 10,000 to do it

Not allowing me my money back when no money is actually being saved in account used for negotions
I have been with the company since April 8 and just checked to see where my money is going when I pay 280.00 per month the bank only shows me having a balance of 44.00 how does that help with my debt I want my money back

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund except the 20 dollar bank fee.

signed a 32 month contract and has only
drafted 2 payments. *** is aware of the fees involved by signing the contract and this complaint has no merit, as this would only be an issue if at the end of the 32 month program all the debts weren't settled. if *** wants to cancel the contract, then please submit the cancellation form and we will allow *** out of the contract early, but is not entitled to a refund , as we didn't do anything wrong.

I am having had a great experience getting out of debt.. Sounds crazy, but no. Robin T. has made the process extra easy. She always give updates regularly, Informs me what she needs, and she is very pleasant and professional. Its because of Robin Turner that I will return as a client and suggest anyone who needs help with debt to become a client.. Again Thank you for hiring such a wonderful lady and thank you for making getting out of debt easy.

I have been with this company for almost a year and have paid out just under $4000.00. I have had numerous issues with them. they have done nothing
this company has taken about $4000 in about a year from me and has done nothing with it. I have people threatening me with lawsuits, calling my place of employment and they are doing nothing about it. I am owed money. having fees coming out of my account with them and I am in the negative with their company. I was told 7 months and they will start paying people. and nothing has been done. I have emailed and called my rep and have a hard time hearing from them and now I have to clean up there mess and I do not have the time or the energy to do this

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund and I want them to reach out to my creditors with a letter or something stating that they have done nothing and that I will now be working with them myself

The company has reached out to me and we will see if they actually do what they say. Can you please remove the complaint

I have been with this company from November of 2017 to current. I currently had a summons from one of the creditors. They never responded to the summons. I had to leave my job and respond to the summons MYSELF. I cannot get in contact with anyone. I WILL be cancelling my services with them. They truly take advantage of people who are desperate. DO NOT use this company. They have taken over $3000 out of my account and when I check my savings all I have in there is $369.00

Entered into a contract to consolidate debt and pay back debt to creditors with less interest within 4 years
I provided Fast Track my billing statements that they would use to contact my creditors and negotiate a settlement for repayment. The monthly installment's $575 a month would be put into escrow to pay the creditors. I continued to get calls from creditors that stated Fast Track had not contacted them for any negotiation. Fast Track told me they had sent letters but never provided me any proof of contact. I continued to ask for copies of any contact with my creditors but they never would send me anything. By April 2018 I had decided to no longer work with Fast Track. I went online and found that Fast Track uses Global Client Solutions to collect the funds for them; they pay themselves before they put funds into Escrow. In April I had paid in $2,874 dollars and had 300 dollars in escrow that only tells me it was accurate that they pay themselves first and was not negotiating with my creditors it would take a very long time to start settling any debt. I contacted my creditors and they stated they had no contact with Fast Track Debt Solutions or Global Client Solutions or the Law Firm Frontier Consumer Law Group. This has put me and my family in an even worse position than I was originally my creditors have put collections out etc. We have paid $2,874 dollars and would like to receive all our funds back. I will continue to file complaints with other agency's as well in hopes that they will be found out, they have had law suits filed against them and Global Client Solutions recently.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive repayment of the $2,874 dollars I provided to Fast Track Debt Solutions and Global Client Solutions associate of Fast Track.

Mr. has not fulfilled his part of the contract, he has several NSF's and that has severely impacted our ability to honor our part of the agreement . He signed a 48 month contract to draft $575.16 a month and he is not honoring his agreement to allow us to do our job.

Customer Response • May 30, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The NSF's that were mentioned were due to and change in income during a two week pay period where the Government shut down impacted our finances. We contacted Fast Track to not have the funds taken out during that pay period and to have a increased payment of 725$ twice after that. They inadvertantly tried to withdraw those funds of $575...we coordinated the payments of 725$ twice to correct the account balance which I have proof of withdraw. We were up to date at the time we decided to leave the program. Our complaint is this we payed 2,875 dollars over as many months and only had 300$ in escrow they had 2,757$. They showed no proof of contact with my creditors that I asked for every few months. My creditors continue to tell me they have had no contact with Fast Track perfect example is American Express that stated they never had any contact from this company that is why they put out a judgment on me for the 3,000 dollars. When I contacted Fast Track they told me to increasemy payment of 575$ to add an additional $275 dollars and they would see if they could contact AMEX to agree to a payment. Fast Track should have from the beginning contacted them and told them we were in their program and they would negotiate a settlement with a specific time period based on our payments to them. This never happened, or I would not be in the position I am in now. I am a veteran who understand guidlines and rules when I was promised support from Fast Track and the law firm I felt safe and felt I was doing what was right to pay off my debt without going to Chapter 13. I felt this company had my best interest and would fight for me so to speak but it turned out otherwise. I would still like to be refunded what I paid in to the program I do not beleive that Fast Track did $2,875 dollars worth of work they showed no proof of contact to my creditors or me.

Mr. was refunded $4,000.00 ( we have a signed and notarized release, check cleared 10/10/17 ) when he cancelled the program. At the time of his request to cancel. We had started to settle Capital One account ending in 2377 and obtained a term settlement for $1,493.22 . We paid $1,254.00 towards the settlement on 8/14/17, but then received notice that he wanted to cancel the program.

Im a 66yr.old.that was having trouble paying some of my debts.I joined the fast tract debt cosolidations company in Fort Lauderdale Fl.Every month they withdrawed $341.10.For 11months,then I cancel out.All they will refund to me is $103.43.Which will take 42 to 75 hrs.to be put in my bank account.(waiting)Everyone was so friendly while they were robbing me of my money.I would have been happy if I got back half of what they took from my account.Think they took advantage of this old senior citizen.Lesson learned though.
