I talked to Trisha and she got what I needed to get resolved, resolved.
My case manager,Soranny L., kept me informed each step of the way. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help
I am a happy camper since I have been w/ fast track debt relief over 4 years it has been a long and strenous road - I would like to thank Katie M. for all her help and always calling me back when I had concerns about my debt ....Fast track debt relief thus far returns calls and when your not sure of something if one doesnt get to you someone from the fast track debt team will get back to you - I will followup when I am debt free in 3 months and this will be a great new year for me thanks fast track debt relief

Contract signed 7/2016 and stopped $800 payment 8/2017. Contract indicated to pay vendors for debt relief. No payment was ever made to vendors.
Contract signed 7/29/2016 and stopped $800 payment at end of 8/2017. On 8/29 I called *** Acct Mngr to lessen payment amount due to school loan payment inflated. She said they cannot do that. No vendors that I submitted to become debt free on my matrix was paid. There were no indication or email stating that they were coming to start payment to vendors. Vendors were still calling me at work. although, I told them to stop calling me at work; they continued to harass me. I had no recourse but to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy since it was hindering my work, my well being, and my sanity.
I want ALL my money back from Fast Track Debt and/or Frontier Consumer Law Group. They continued to take $800 from my account on a monthly basis and did nothing to secure me in becoming debt free. On page 9 of their Client Retainer Agreement, #8 indicated Frontier will refund the entire portion of any unused retainer fees for services that have not yet been rendered in the event that you terminate Frontier's representation. THEY NEVER PROVIDED RENDERED SERVICES.

This dispute is not closed. The company had not responded to my request stating they have higher hierarchy to review my request. I believe the are avoiding the issue. Am I able to receive other clients whom has the same circumstance? It seems we need to do a class action suit for no means but to turn to bankruptcy which feasted my livlihood.

I had a great time working with Trisha. She was greatest person who works with Fast Track Debt Relief, Inc.. When I have any kind of questions, she was responded me back less than 24 hrs. Also, she was really care about my saturation and advise me to do better way as family.

I want to share the experience I had with Soranny L. and her team at the CREDIT ADVOCATES, Fast Tract Debt Relief. I had a very large debt of credit cards, and they promised they can get me free of the debt in three years. They really did come through for me, and today the debt is all gone, all paid up and today I am free of that large debt.. If you have a large debt like I did, I recommend them, let them help you.

This was easy to write. AT FIRST ,I viewed it w/ a jaundice eye...I did my home work (plenty of reading) then proceeded. There were plenty of calls,so much that they knew me by my first name.Eventually, all was set.*** a supervisor is a fine individual,I am aware she took the "bull by the horns" and delivered...........again thank-you
