I have been a customer of FAST TRACK DEBT RELIEF for almost 36 months and I have been nothing but very pleased with the quality of service provided.

My account manager Daisha M. has been providing me with outstanding customer service during my time with FAST TRACK DEBT RELIEF for which I am providing a few examples:

Keeping me continuously informed as to progress being made in reducing my debt; Providing guidance and suggestions when needed to keep me on track;
Efficiently handling issues related to new developments involving communications I received from my creditors.
Assurances that all issues will be handled in a timely manner.

Sending spam emails on a very high level. They attached me in the email of a huge list of emails and made me look like I was the sender of the email.

Advised refund would be provided, then was told it would not be.
On/about 10/2017, I entered into an agreement with Fast Track Debt Relief in which I paid $388.68/month for 5 months, beginning in November. My spouse lost her job and made it extremely difficult for us to stick with his payment plan, so we decided to withdraw in April 2018. I was advised via email on March 21, 2018 by *** that "..any amount in the reserve, will be refunded to you.." Once we withdrew in April, we were then told by another person, ***, that we were NOT due a refund and that the account was negative $97?? How/Why? I've called and spoke to the creditors that they were "supposed" to be helping negotiate with and was told that they had not received ANY communication from Fast Track Debt Relief (and they called/emailed frequently) even though I was told that "letters were sent". I may not be owed a "full" refund, but I think in all fairness, I am owed a refund! I'm hoping that the $1944 that I've paid to this company wasn't 'flushed down the drain'if so, this would define true predatory practices.

I am very satisfied with the service I have received with Fast Track Debt Relief. I did an extensive search of debt consolidation companies before choosing Fast Track. They have helped me get rid of my debt in the quickest and most affordable manner. I can now enjoy my financial freedom and start living my life without the stress or burden of having a debt problem. I would recommend them to all of my friends who are having financial difficulties and want to get rid of their debt. Thanks again, Fast Track Debt relief program.

I have been scammed/Robbed, I joined this program on 05/19/17 hoping I would resolve my debt. Not one of my debts was resolved after paying $482 AM.
On 5/19/17 I joined Fast Track Financial in hopes to resolve my debt, my monthly payment was 482.26 a month and not a single payment was made to my debts. The communication was terrible and I never got any straight answer or received a leger of where my money went when I chose to cancel. My rep I had was *** and her manager *** 1,479.04 was taken from me for services I never received and I want my money back!

I have been a client of Fast Track Debt Relief for the last four years. I am on track to complete the program in August. During the process,my Account Manager has been Lisa S. She has been the best!
The reason that I needed debt assistance was due to vast medical bills from my wife's illness. During the process, I was unable to make my payments on occasions. Lisa was always helpful in rescheduling them to meet my needs. She also communicated monthly on the progress of my account. She would detail my options whenever a settlement of a debt was presented to them. Overall she was a joy to work with and she always celebrated my success with me. I would highly recommend the services of her firm...especially Lisa herself.

Fast track debt relief was very helpful wrking thru my different phasesl They always returned my calls when concerns came up during the process of assisting us with our debt relief. Katie M. was always willing to helpful during our journey. We are now debt free after 3 years. it sure is a good feeling.

I was mislead when signing up for service. 1400 was drafted from my account before I cancelled nov 2017-feb 2018. I expected more refund than 450.00
I signed up for fast track debt relief, because I was going through a hardship with a five creditors. I was advised to pay 1400 a month and they will negotiate my debt. Instead, the 1400 a month was expensive and I started researching other options. So I decided to cancel on 02/28. However, I pad a total of 4700.00 and was offered a refund of 450.00 because of fees etc. However, none of my creditors were contacted and this money was in an account or trust in my name. I am upset and want a refund at minimum 50% of what I already paid, since none of the funds were used to settle debt.

It was a pleasure working with Fast Track. They are always very polite and courteous on the phone and would help me out when I called them. I was able to pay off my debt in a little under 4 years which would have taken a lot longer if I tried to do it myself. I really appreciate the help.

I got into alot of financial trouble with credit cards and consulted Fast track. After two months. I actually have a money leftover from my paycheck to put away in case of car trouble etc. Working with Katie M. is such a joy. She answers all of my questions right away,is friendly,smart and compassionate. She has never ever made me feel like a low life or stupid for getting myself in this financial trouble

The first few months are tough because most of your payment goes to their fees first.
