This company is in clear violation of the National Do Not Call Registry I contacted them and spoke to several "representatives" and was told they have their own do not call list they would add me toClearly they do not follow rules or laws, and are robo calling cell phones in direct violation of the NDNC list I also spent an hour reading complaints on what they do, and how they do itIn my opine they are NOT forthright and take advantage of 501corganization, and government contractors by misrepresenting/misleading folksYou can get the same service Fed Biz Access provides for freeMake no mistake- they know exactly what they are doingDo not be fooled The second person I spoke to a rep that was rude, spoke over me for the whole call before he transferred me to someone else Since the robo calling law clearly says they must have your previous permission IN WRITINGThey must view me as a customer for some reason since they are violating current laws The purpose of this review is to inform others that you will need to record any conversations you may have with themIf you have to do that ask yourself if this is a company that you should really be doing business with"?"

I had the great privilege of working with several Fed Biz Access professionals Their expertise assisted with my business obtaining the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE), establishing the Service Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Business approval Additional, my business was added to the Vendor Information pages They are truly professionals and I avoided a lot of wasted time and frustration because they were there to assist during the whole process I would recommend this company to other veterans
FedBiz Access helped me complete my Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) certification in late I am sure the process would have been difficult and long to pursue on my own, with no guarantee that I would have completed it correctly and to the point of actually receiving the certification To expedite and manage the process so that it did not interfere with me continuing my engineering consulting services, I hired FedBiz Access to lead the effort The professionalism and direction provided throughout the process was wonderful! Within two-months effort, the process was complete and the certification awarded In addition, I recently moved my business from one state to another, and hired FedBiz Access to expedite that process as it is unfamiliar and not straight-forward Again, FedBiz Access performed very well and made the process smooth
