In December of 2015 I contacted FedBizAccess requesting their assistance in helping me to receive a Veteran Owned Small Business classification. While I have worked as a consultant for many government agencies over the past 37 years I was unaware of the additional opportunities afforded veterans. My contact with the Certification Department of FedBiz resulted in expeditiously receiving my certification within approximately two month. During the certification process, FedBiz personnel were knowledgeable, professional and provided very thorough guidance. I have serious doubts I could have received the certification without their assistance and certainly I have no doubt it would have taken a significantly longer period of time. Immediately after receiving the certification, FedBiz provided additional counseling and assistance in preparing my Capability Statement and also providing instructions on how and where to email this Statement to receive the maximum exposure for my business. Having served the public since 1977 I appreciate professional, competent, and honorable service which is what I believe I received from FedBizAccess.
I worked with FedBiz Access for help with processing and submitting the applications for our GSA contract. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in the initial process, as well as with all the post contract issues that need to be taken care of. I would certainly recommend them
Our experience with FED BIZ ACCESS has been stressful but very through. The checklist that was sent to me periodically was very helpful to me. A step by step process kept me on a mission. I am also grateful for the patience that my support team had for me and all my questions as to WHY (etc). This is the only company that was wiling to help me in my quest.
