This company is in clear violation of the National Do Not Call Registry.
I contacted them and spoke to several "representatives" and was told they have their own do not call list they would add me to. Clearly they do not follow rules or laws, and are robo calling cell phones in direct violation of the NDNC list.
I also spent an hour reading complaints on what they do, and how they do it. In my opine they are NOT forthright and take advantage of 501c3 organization, and government contractors by misrepresenting/misleading folks. You can get the same service Fed Biz Access provides for free. Make no mistake- they know exactly what they are doing.... Do not be fooled....
The second person I spoke to a rep that was rude, spoke over me for the whole call before he transferred me to someone else.
Since the robo calling law clearly says they must have your previous permission IN WRITING. They must view me as a customer for some reason since they are violating current laws.
The purpose of this review is to inform others that you will need to record any conversations you may have with them. If you have to do that ask yourself if this is a company that you should really be doing business with.... "?"
