I apologize for my reject of Carey's response. I was no other way o line to type my responseI did a positive response the first time. My additional comments are below.I received Carey's letter on Friday, 23 Sep 2016. Carey provided me with a good con tact name and pone number. Dental Plans canceled my policy that day and said they would refund all of my money minus a $processing fee.I was in a three way conference call on Monday, Sep 2016, With Management personal from Dental Plans.COM and Dominion National. We all agree that this complaint could be closed since the refund was being processed.I have now verify that we did receive the refund, I want to state that the dentalplan.com Resolve my issue the very first time I made con tact with them. After the two month of trying to reach management from Dominion.dental.com once they became invoice I received the correct information to get this matter close. Both management teams were extremely polite and courteous
