I was NEVER contacted by anyone from Dominion Dental about this issue. The last time I spoke to them was Friday May 6th and as told that my claim was being escalated to the supervisor Mike. I have not heard anything since this phone call.

I am rejecting this response because:  I cannot accept it yet until the issue is resolved.  They have contacted me and assured me the $52.80 refund would be placed back into my checking account, plus credit for the months I had already paid.  This was supposed to have been done last week, but was not.  When it does then I will accept their response.
