We shipped, package came back, United Arab Emirates claimed Insufficient Address for returningCustomer wanted to reship to the same addressWe refunded customer, minus $for shipping as stated on our guaranteeActually cost us $to ship to United Arab EmiratesCustomer had requested to reship to the same wrong address but refusing to pay the shipping cost

We can email picture of customer's package that shows it did reach United Arab Emirates and was check-marked "Incomplete Address" and returned back to usCustomer still claims his address is correct and wanted us reship to the same addressWe refunded his order minus $for our shipping costOur actual cost to the United Arab Emirates was $12.00.We have repeated this to the customer over and over however he does not seems to understandWe have nothing more to add, this case is closed
