F H Furr came to my house today to perform our month inspection of the furnace and AC unit Lorenzo Lane was the technician assignedTo start, he arrived when the operator scheduled my appointment Lorenzo was a very knowledgeable technician and answered my questions as he inspected our heating unit I was very pleased with himI am very pleased with the way FH Furr keeps their clients informed during this process

Juan B [redacted] provided expedient and excellent service during the check of my heating system

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it looks like a very interesting invoice, with my signature on the 2nd page At NO TIME did "Jimmy" talk about replacing the heater and while I said I didn't receive an email - I know what was on it and know what I signed for - and a new gallon water heater was not on it It's also of interest that nothing was mentioned in F.HFurr's 1st reply to my complaint about a new water heater until NOW...wow This invoice basically says the other plumber was right to say the other service should not have been advised or done as it is a standard business practice to just replace the tank after years Holy cow Had they done it I would have surely authorized the work - which I did when [redacted] came to the home, reviewed the work and recommended the new galheater I don't think too many folks would allow a company to continue work if the failed to do what was asked in the first place, which was to provide hot water According to the new plumber from [redacted] the work done by Furr was fine - they just didn't FIX the underlying problem of the heater for the long-term (days isn't even short-term), which would have been about an additional $(to repair the nipples) if I had called Furr again I can see it now: "Well, sir, it looks like this is a new problem." Then finally, " Why don't you just get a new one?" I can provide the receipt from [redacted] showing the installation of the new water heater over weeks ago, but, I'm not going to involve the other plumber or the business, unless Furr agreed to a refund upon receipt of this invoice first Creating some sort of animosity between professionals or companies is not my objective and not worth the money The did a good job and deserve no headaches I'm done talking That invoice is just too amusing The claim remains open and I will not respond to any further contact with F.HFurr unless it's a refund Regards, [redacted] H [redacted]

F.HFurr Comfort Technician Jimmy C [redacted] was most efficient in his recent annual inspection of our heating unit He was on-time, took the time to explain what he was doing and how it applied to the well being of our system I can readily recommend both him and the FH Furr company to others

Tom L [redacted] did our semiannual HVAC sytem check todayHe did a fantastic job -- very thorough and he explained everythingDoesn't get better than Tom!

Paul R. showed up promptly for an appointment to check my A/C system. . He was friendly, polite and efficient.

A star evaluation is insufficient to describe electrical technician MrF [redacted] performance, dedication, customer service, and professionalism We have been a customer of F.HFurr for years for a reason, we’ve been very happy with the service Our first encounter with MrF [redacted] was when our standby generator needed repairs It was clear he intended to solve our problem and displayed a sense of urgency that was reassuring since we have a medical device that requires power MrF [redacted] displayed great patience as he methodically began the process of diagnosing the problem, testing all possible causes and coordinating with appropriate offices Then he came back to complete the repairs and retesting In each instance, MrF [redacted] attention to detail, coordination with the generator manufacturer and his office, as well as his accessibility for questions combine with genuine customer concern to produce the desired results These qualities place MrF [redacted] in an exclusive class of specialists He also provided educational advice in understandable terms regarding the generator He was meticulous in executing his responsibilities, which is demonstrated by coordinating with the right people for the right parts and those parts showing up in the timeframe he stated Not only did he complete the repairs, he even waited for the scheduled automatic generator self-test to ensure it worked properly He did not leave until he and we were satisfied The customer service he provided during the repair process was exceptional, but he went further MrF [redacted] actually noted the week day and time for the generator self-test and, to our absolute surprise and delight, called us a week later on that day to ensure the weekly generator self-test occurred And yes we subsequently had instance of power failure and the generator performed as required, thanks to him MrF [redacted] brought a wealth of knowledge and service that proved invaluable Although he had other customers, we always felt that we were his only customer As a retired Army veteran, I was particularly impressed by his sense of urgency and his performance Exceptional performance and customer service can be taken for granted when it is consistently received over years, but MrF [redacted] is a true reminder to appreciate it and one of the reasons we will continue to do business with F.HFurr

Prompt, courteous, and neat I thought the price was a little high, but I had no experience in gauging the cost
