I have a yearly maintenance plan This was my first year and I've been pleased with their service

Joe did a great job very nice and courteous and very knowledgeable knew exactly what to do and had the problem fixed right away

I had an issue with my a/c unit making excessive noise at start-up I called F.HFurr and they sent Juan Bthe next morning He was very polite, professional, and thorough and was able to find and alleviate the source of the noise He was also patient enough to explain what was happening with the unit as we tried to find the source of the noise He did a great job

Osvin J [redacted] was the lead technician and his helper was Nelson They did excellent work in the timeframe identified by the salesman and left the property in spotless condition Osvin was particularly helpful in explaining and demonstrating the operation of the HVAC and the new thermostat

I've dealt with F.HFurr several times now and have had a good experience each time They all communicate well, provide advice, and answer questions I have They seem to be passionate about their job and enjoy sharing their knowledge Yesterday, Jimmy C**y performed an annual inspection of our HVAC In addition to the inspection, he showed us how our humidifier works and how to verify for ourselves that it is functioning correctly

I had technician Paul R [redacted] at my place for the yearly heating checkHe was very knowledgeable and gave me good information

Hi, Marco serviced our HVAC this week, quickly, courteously with excellent knowledgeHe informed me of each step he took, made excellent recommendations, knew exactly what to check and how to go about it quicklyThank you Marco

MrB [redacted] did a terrific job - he is highly professional, and gave me plenty of information about the process and results of the job I particularly appreciated MrB [redacted] discovery of a serious problem with my aging water heater, and his assistance in scheduling a plumber for the next day That's above and beyond the HVAC maintenance check MrB [redacted] was here to perform, and so much appreciated!

My experience with Furr has been very positiveWe were fortunate to have Lucas as our first point of contactAlthough he is basically in Sales and Services, he actually came to the house after the blizzard and shoveled snow and ice for hours so that the technicians could access the HVAC!
