Had an air conditioning problem this morning with water leaking called FH Furr they were here by 9:saw the problem fixed it immediately and helped me understand what happened and how he fixed it and the fix to keep it from happening againAlso helped me with questions on other questions I had about possibly changing air system in house

Paul Ris the Comfort Tech who performed my heat pump's winter check todayHe arrived within the time frame promised by F.HFurrHe was quick and thorough with his inspection and I received my service report via email within minutes of the completion of the serviceI had a question concerning the operation of my heat pumpPaul was honest and indicated that my question was above the level of his expertiseHe told me that he would inform his service manager and that I should receive a call from the manager within a couple of daysHe also gave me the manager's contact info

Paul R [redacted] , our technician that came out to our house for our semi-annual maintenance inspection of our two zone system was professional, courteous and informative Gave us some new tips to keep in mind to ensure our HVAC system and humidifier stays trouble free

[redacted] is not a neutral partyTheir discrediting of F.HFurr services results in their ability to sell services and receive business from [redacted] in the futureA dirty condenser can hurt efficiency but cannot cause a refrigerant leak in an A/C systemNo refund is due on service contractWe have looked over the contract, the contract specifies no refundWe have performed over no charge maintenance visits since July 2007, [redacted] is being misinformed and we regret we have lost her as a customer.General Manager,Joe B
