Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Dear Revdex.com: Early this year, Fidelity investments locked my account, making me unable to check my retirement fundsThey said that they suspected my account had been "hacked"They made no notification, they just locked my account and refused to unlock it unless I came to their officeWhen I finally went into their office on 3/22/2016, they gave me a form to sign saying there had been no hackingThey had me sign this form EVEN THOUGH I HAD BEEN LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND COULDN'T KNOW WHETHER THERE HAD BEEN ANY HACKINGI was in a hurry that day, or I might have realized that I was accepting any loss in my account that should have been the responsibility of FidelityThey knew I was in a hurry and took advantage of thatFidelity was once a reputable company, but what they did in this instance was completely unethical and, I would suspect, illegalAcknowledgement from Fidelity that this was unethical and assurance that this will never happen to me or any other customer Regards, [redacted]
