Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below On 4/25/I called the [redacted] Fidelity contact number Fidelity listed on the letter they mailed me I spoke to a representative [redacted] Mr [redacted] stated he couldn't provide me any reasoning for their decision and there was no one in the Risk Management Department that I could speak to He stated the Risk Management Department doesn't speak to customers This is a clear indication that Fidelity Investments illegally, un-ethically, against industry and regulatory practice removed trading authority from customers accounts without the customers consent and absolutely refuses to provide a reason for their actions to customers They are going against [redacted] & [redacted] rules and regulationsThey're taking actions on people's accounts without the customer's consent [redacted]

The business failed to respond it is straight forward an this has nothing to do with privacy First they even used my full name to clearly identify me who does value my privacy in an effort to attack my integrity and destroy me In their response if they were SO concerned about protecting my privacy they would just say the complainant not my name! Second the failure to fix a service on the website that ids for ALL customers is not about my privacy this has nothing to do with my specific account It is a service that all paying customers expect to work They can not even get it to work for themselves and have provided rude deplorable customer service in response In addition I already wrote in the complaint of MULTIPLE times I tried to get them to correct it and they failed to so that is why I contacted the Revdex.com For them to write this is unacceptable and they must be held to address it instead of evade and hide behind phony excuses that thy do not even adhere to themselves In fact they have been selling my personal data to other companies including, address, net income asset values birth date to name just a few so Fidelity spare me the "to protect my privacy..."?f you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] Regards, [redacted] ***
