Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I recently called to get forms of implementing a rollover mailed or emailed to me I was asked security questions that I answered correctly and was told that my voice did not sound like a 68-year-old which I think is an insult and prejudice against me they proceeded to lock my account for security purposes that they could not disclose to me all I wanted was for rollover forms get sent to the address on file or to the email on file in order to close out the account and roll it over into my IRA account with my credit union I feel as though that they are holding my money hostage and with the stocks going up and down I will be losing my Money based on their incompetence I would like for my account with this company to be closed out and the funds transferred to my IRA account that is in my credit union Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I received a letter on 9/12/stating they feel my issue is resolvedThe issue is not resolved since I have to reset my password each time I access the siteThe process of resetting my password is inconsistent at best and the system will give me an error preventing me from resetting the passwordIn the recent past it took me different days to reset my passwordCalling them is a joke because they just tell me to "log in online to change my password" even though I clearly told them I cannot login or reset my passwordPlease close this complaint as unresolved since Fidelity is not interested in resolving the issue since I have no capability to leave them due to my company having all retirement accounts with FidelityI will bring my concerns to my company comp and benefits department about how unfriendly this company and the services areI would like for this complaint to be logged as a warning for others of the poor customer service they can expect at Fidelity Regards, [redacted]
