I owed a small amount of money from some years back, and haven't filed my taxes in the last yearsfidelity helped me file my taxes for last year, and filed my two Wtax returns from earlier years that I hadn't filed yetThis filing brought my debt up from 3,to about 15,At first I was pissed because who wood want to owe more money? after a little time and sending paperwork back and forth they put me through a penalty abatement and bought my debt from 15,all the way down to 6,which was mind blowingBUT IT DIDNT STOP THERE! They told me I can leave at 6,900, or they can put me in a non-collectible status where I don't have to pay anything backObviously I was interested in this, but very skeptical too because it didn't make a lot of sense to me at firstAfter they explain to me how the program works, I immediately went for itI am sto file every year on time, and my debt will be cleared up by 2018! I thank you guys for all the hard work you do and what you did for me and my familyIt hard sometimes when you are still young to be able to support a family at such a young ageI thank Fidelity Tax Relief for putting my tax problems behind me so I can look toward the future for my daughtersTHANK YOU!!!

In order to stop any IRS or State wage garnishments the client must be compliant on all their tax returns, Fidelity Tax Relief has been in contact with the client trying to figure out what is the most advantageous way to file their back taxes and expedite stoping their wage garnishment, we understand that having the IRS or State garnish a paycheck is a very stressful timeWe are working to make sure that this wage garnishment is stopped as soon as humanly possibleWe have mailed a copy of the prepared tax returns to the client for signatures and still have not heard back from the client

HiMr [redacted] singed a service agreement clearly stating the $he paid is for tax investigation onlyWe did the investigation on his case and we communicated the results with him and advised him of what the next step would be to resolve his issue with the IRS and how much it would coast him to proceedPlease find attached the service agreement the client signed

We had closed early last Friday and the client had become concerned because she was unable to make contact with our office that day. Mrs*** was sold on tax investigation which costs $ this usually takes to business days to completeMrs *** paid us $on Thursday 4/9/2015, and on Monday 4/13/called to find out what have we had done on her caseWe told her to be patient and wait for the
investigation process to be completedThen we gave her a choice to either refund her money or prepare her tax returns for the $she paid; she agreed to have us prepare her taxes, which we did (She was a very impatient person)We simply can't do all the work for only $250.00, if she has something urgent she has to pay then at least 50% of the fees are due up front.
