I read the dates and notes provided and since the time of the initial contact, these are all the notes they can provide? I have tons of calls I made to them that were left unanswered as someone else was now handling my casei HAVE HAD OVER HALF A DOZEN DIFFERENT SO CALLED EXPERTS WORKING ON MY FILEStHE TAX RETURNS THAT WERE DONE WERE DONE INCORRECTLY AND I EVEN SENT THEM PAGES FROM THE PUB PROVIDED BY IRS TO SHOW THEM THE MISTAKES, THEN I WAS TOLD THE RETURNS ARE SENT OUT TO VARIOUS OTHER COMPANIES TO COMPLETE FOR SUBMISSION, THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN I SIGNED UPTHIS COMPANY HAS SO MANY BAD NEGATIVE REMARKS WHEN I FINALLY WENT ON LINE AFTER BEING TOLD THEY WERE EXPERTS WITH TAX ATTORNEY ON THEIR STAFFI FINALLY IN DESPERATION CONTACTED SAM PRICE TO SEE WHAT THE HECK WAS GOING ON AND HE RESPONDED TO ME UNDER A TOTALLY DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS AND NAME AND SAID HE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME....NOT DONE...SEEMS LIKE NO ONE THERE KNOWS HOW TO TELL THE TRUTH MUCH LESS DO ANY TAX WORKYES IN THE YEAR THEY CITE THE TAXES WERE REDUCED BECAUSE IN THE YEAR NO TAXES WERE FILED SO IT WAS FILED BY IRS WITH NO DEDUCTIONS OR EXEMPTIONS ANY TAX FORMS SUBMITTED WOULD OBVIOUSLY SHOW A REDUCED AMOUNT OWEDAS FOR MY POWER OF ATTORNEY, WHEN I CONTACTED MR*** THE IRS REVENUE OFFICER, HE VERIFIED THAT FIDELITY HAD NOT FILED THE REQUIRED POA THAT IS WHY THEY WOULD NOT WORK WITH HIMTHEY DID NOT FILE IT AFTER I SIGNED IT THAT IS WHY THEY ARE NEGLIGENT IN THE PROVIDING THE SERVICE THEY CLAIM TO HAVE PROVIDED FOR THE MONEY I PAID THEM TO DO SOTHEY HAVE PROVIDED ABOUT 20% OF WHAT THEY PROMISED TO DO AND I FEEL THEY SHOULD JUST BE PAID FOR 20% OF THEIR FEES, REFUNDING TO ME $6,IF I AM NOT MISTAKENTHEY ARE A VERY VERY EXTREMELY BAD COMPANY AND NOW I SEE FOR MYSELF THE NEGATIVE INPUT ONLINE FOR THIS COMPANY IS 100% CORRECTI WILL SEND YOU ALL MY EMAILS TOO BUT UNLIKE THE FEW THEY SEND I HAVE PROBABLY OVER TO NOT TO MENTION THE CALLS WHICH I CAN LOOK UP AND DOCUMENT ALSOTHIS WILL TAKE ME TIME AS I AM PRESENTLY TRYING TO GET ALL MR *** IS REQUESTINGI WILL PRVIDE YOU HIS NUMBER AND MY CASE NUMBER SHOULD YOU BE NEEDING IT

*** *** No message was received either by email (the usual way we had been communicating) or by phone messageI have a business and my calls, every single one of them is importantNone after the initial one where I advised the lady that I was driving and could not give her an hour of my time, which she asked for at that momentI was told she would call me back at 9:next morning the time frame I requested and no call was receivedThat was the ongoing problemI have been ignored and all my correspondence for the most part have not been answered. Communication is the way I resolved problemsI have had to go to the extreme of contacting the Revdex.com because there was no communication written or verbal to any of my communication to see what was being done for me..it remained that way for months,. here is the last ignored email*** *** Today at 9:AMTo *** *** Received a call regarding my account and was to be called back next day at a.m, no one called me back.I'm done!!!! We reached out to the client on 2/23/offered her to complete the Offer and Compromise without any additional charges, she refused and she demanded that the only way she will go forward if we pay for the fee the IRS charges to process the OICWe find this very unreasonable given that she is getting a huge discount alreadyThe fee the IRS charge to process the OIC is $Keep in mind that we released a levy and put the client on a payment plan with the IRS

I'm sorry MR*** reject the response, Mr*** has over years in tax experience in Fidelity Tax and other tax companies he work for prior to Fidelity. Our team in Fidelity Tax has a combined year in tax experienceMr*** is one of many tax experts we have on staff. As to the extra charge Mr*** is complaining about, Fidelity Tax didn't charge him anything more what the contract says($500),the second stage of his resolution was discussed verbally with Mr*** and if he agreed to it we would have sent him another contract showing the resolution part and how much it would beWe are willing to proceed with the resolution at the cost of $not $at this point this is the best we can do

I have no trust nor confidence nor believe in this company as I mentioned prior the contract has my incorrect birthdate on it ! my birthday is Fidelity Fidelity Tax relief has submited inaccurate information supposedly to the IRS, my birth date is September 23, they have sent information supposedly to the IRS with the birth date of September 29, which is part of the contract that they have submitted to the Revdex.com as documentation, I believe documents going to the I RS should be professional in accurate in this case they've proven that they cannot provide the professional service in which I acquire ! Again I do not believe fidelity tax relief Incis a professional company I recall speaking with *** actually the last time we spoke I had received a document from the IRS indicating that they had received my year tax return during this Conversation is when *** gave me the price of $1, without doing their due diligence by inquiring to the IRS for accuracy again they've taken information that I provided for them and acts as if it was an investigation done on their part I've provided the information that they are indicating was received via An I R S investigation! still they will not put me in touch with the owner of this operation if there is one My goal is to further pursue this with the California state attorney or whatever agency that needs to be contacted

Mrs. [redacted] was sold on tax investigation which costs $750.00  this usually takes 7 to 10 business days to complete. Mrs [redacted] paid us $250.00 on Thursday 4/9/2015, and  on Monday 4/13/15 called to find out what have we had done on her case. We told her to be patient and wait for the...

Then we gave her a choice to either refund her money or prepare her 2014 tax returns for the $250.00 she paid; she agreed to have us prepare her taxes, which we did (She was a very impatient person). When I first approached Fidelity Tax Relief I owed the IRS a little north of $40,000. The consultant I spoke to explained to me that Fidelity Tax Relief would run a history of my past 10 years records with the IRS and find out exactly what they would need to do to get Uncle Sam off my back, they ended up filing and offer in compromise and I only ended up paying back $4,200. I honestly can't even began to thank the whole staff at Fidelity and would highly recommend using there services if you owe money to the IRS!! The feeling of not having to deal with my IRS problem is honestly unreal!! THANK YOU FIDELITY TAX RELIEF!!

I do not agree with the Reply it does not touch on any of the concerns that I brought up the miss leading initial contact with [redacted] was not addressed he lied to me he told me that he had 6 to 7 years experience  with Fidelity tax relief in resolving issues with the IRS it was a blatant an out right missed leading conversation which is the reason the only reason why I decided to work with them  to resolve my IRS concerns secondly I was never informed verbally about what the extra cost might be even still they increase the cost from $1200 verbally to $1500 and this stone wall with not allowing me to speak with an owner or someone with authority to resolve my concerns respectfully I reject their brief and spontaneous response .

In order to stop any IRS or State wage garnishments the client must be compliant on all their tax returns, Fidelity Tax Relief has been in contact with the client trying to figure out what is the most advantageous way to file their back taxes and expedite stoping their wage garnishment, we...

understand that having the IRS or State garnish a paycheck is a very stressful time. We are working to make sure that this wage garnishment is stopped as soon as humanly possible. We have mailed a copy of the prepared tax returns to the client for signatures and still have not heard back from the client.

Fidelity Tax Relief has reached out to the client, and are in the process of resolving this matter to the client best interest. This was a miscommunication error.

[They have already indicated that there was nothing more they can do in my case.  Fred made that very clear on the 8th of September, two months ago.  Now they say thy are still working the case.  I do not wish to continue a professional relationship with this company.  I have asked for a refund since the end of Sept.  I was told by [redacted] that he would talk to his supervisor about a refund.  I have since not heard a thing from the him or anyone else.  I'm also dissatisfied with the generalized response they have sent me and the Revdex.com.  I just want a refund for the monies that were already ACH from my account. ]

I went through multiple different tax companies before finally stumbling upon Fidelity Tax Relief. Thoroughness and professionalism Is how my case was handled. I was very intrigued with their aim they had on accomplishing my issue with the IRs. All in all they delivered and resolved my situation which is all I could really ask for you
