The unfortunate flooding was caused by a combination of unusually
heavy rain in a short period of time, compounded by *** *** ***
that are required by law. These devices
will be removed once construction activity is complete. This was not caused by a drainage problem in
the subdivision; and was due to circumstances beyond our control. Any further communication should be directed
to *** ***n, our local manager

Contact will be in DW's computer system We are working with a landscaper, Brent *** (area DW President) and my realtor *** *** Landscape is scheduled to be installed 4/10/ DW is providing a credit towards total landscaping bill

The contract provides that Weekley will pay for "Owner's
title policy coverage in the amount of the first lien mortgage loan." Based on the statetment previously provided, that amount was $150, We beleive the credit amount is per the contract Please discuss with the title company and the Project Manager

According to our records, this home was built over years ago - it closed in early 2007, NOT 2015, as the owner claims We will assign a representative to review the matter

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Sent: Saturday, May 06, 9:AM Subject: Re: Complaint ID #***I thought I had replied but perhaps the message did not send The following is my response to David Weekley's reply.The only part of David Weekley's response that is accurate is that they did refund my deposit However that was after months of wasted time The fact remains that they did misrepresent their product On multiple occasions, the price set forth by David Weekley was different than the day we were suppose to sign the contract It was documented in many email communications Then when the day came to sign the contract and submit a much larger non-refundable deposit, the price went up substantially The only explanation given was that there was a misunderstanding on their part and that the price should have been much different than was communicated Their supposed motto of "Building Dreams, Enhancing Live" was far from it It was more like, let us show you what kind of house we can build for you but for far more expensive than we promised Lastly, on the contract we decided to forego our own real estate agent b/c we were told that there would be substantial discount for not using our own agent The discount offered was over 2% of the purchase price That of course was not honored by David Weekley either.Clearly David Weekly is not interested in resolving this as they are not willing to admit that they were dishonest in their dealings.*** ***

We'd be servicing DW homes for years, in March/ April/ May, we'd been doing weekly service (mowing/ Fert) and when the rep changed, they quit paying on certain properties so after a couple of months I had to pause service for non paymentFast forward to not getting any movement and being ignored, I filed with Revdex.comTHEN I got movement, they told me it would be paid and please remove the complaintI did, they never paidOut of invoices, they paid so far so I am putting this complaint againThere were never issues, no complaints on service from them, they just stopped payingI've been corresponding with them and they copy several DW people but nothing is getting doneIt's nearly Sept and we want to be paid for services renderedAfter the first Revdex.com complaint removal they just threw a bunch of paperwork at me that wasn't required at the time service was set up way backI will not reinvent the wheel, I've already sent invoices more than once, I should add on my TIME for what's been wasted calling and emailing and LATE FEES for months and months of late payments. PAYMENT on outstanding landscape maintenance invoices totally $

I am still experiencing variances in the cooling of my home They have been out to my home more than times in months and times in the last months However, after the company came out with all their engineers, and high level people and did all sorts of testing we still do not have a resolution Now the compressor just stays on continuously and do not cool The house is not energy efficent as the company promotes We are set to for cooling and it is hot in the house The bills for energy keep rising There must be an engineering problem with the house Cant get answers
