Can't say enough good things about Carl J., our Sales Consultant at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership! My wife & I went there yesterday (Sun, 1/7) to look at a used pitruck we saw advertised on their Internet website We were met immediately by Carl J [redacted] Carl is a very nice man, a "no pressure" sales professional who helped us from start to finish with our purchase We were offered a very good sales price for the used truck we were interested in, as well as a very good price for our trade-in...we decided to buy the truck & trade our existing vehicle in Other dealership staff we came in contact with were also very friendly The entire experience turned out to be a very pleasant one! [The only negative was the long wait to close the deal, as one of the Finance personnel was out sick.] We would recommend the Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership -- especially Carl -- to anyone shopping for a used or new vehicle!

We should not have to pay for the incompetence of a Chrysler Dealership service agent who obviously neglected to do his/her job correctly. On 22nd August, 2016 my husband scheduled an appointment with the Chrysler Dodge Dealership Service Department in Brandon, FL. Firstly, we arrived at 0830 to drop off our 2011 Chrysler 200s convertible to have the air condition repaired. Before turning over our car to be repaired, we spoke with the service agent Chris reference our concerns. We explained to Chris that our car was previously serviced over a year ago by the Chrysler Dodge dealership in Tacoma Washington in which we were informed that we needed an A/C condenser. Unfortunately, we were not able to pay a thousand dollars at the time to get it repaired and the car warranty had expired. Chris asked us if we had an extended insurance policy, our respond was we didn't know. Chris told us that if we had gotten the car financed for seven years then it was possible that we still h

I paid for my vehicle to be repaired, however I have been back to times for the same problemI was charged but my vehicle has not been repaired I took my vehicle in to have oil change and for them to also check out noise that kept coming from the front end of my car. They kept my vehicle over night to diagnose it then told us it would be over to repair, said that it needed tire rod n also wheel bearings. They said that they wouldn't charge us full amount if we let them do the work n paid plus tax.We agreed n paid it.I thought the vehicle was fixed drove it home.A few days later I contacted the dealership because vehicle was making same noise took it back and they said they tightened a bar on the front end.Now I get my vehicle back the 2nd time and it's still not fixed.I then set a 3rd appointment for the same exact reason and they told me there was nothing they could do to go get a 2nd opinion and bring it back. They also told me that I would have to pay again to have the

If I could give negative stars that would be my preferenceNot only are the staff here rude, smug and ignorant, they are completely incompetentMy jeep was purchased here in and with it an extended warrantyWhen the jeep would no longer fuel as if there was an airlock or something preventing the gas from going in they took it in and said "we will order the part"The repair and part would be processed through the warranty and we should have had no deductibleAfter two weeks had elapsed and several emails the service technician Steven finally responded and told me the part arrive and apologized for having "trouble with his email"The car was scheduled for repair and dropped off at am January 18thMid way through the day the service department called to ask where my car was, which made me wonder as it had been there and checked in since that morningThey then called again later saying they couldn't get the work done in the time they had so they needed to keep it an additional dayOn the 19th I went to pick up and they tried to charge me full price for repair stating they didn't get permission to do work from warranty company prior to completing workThey refused to give the car back until Monday when the service technician that screwed everything up came backAfter some very heated words they fixed the billing issue and gave the car backStopped at a gas station after leaving and guess whatthey never fixed the problem, they didn't even test the repair to see if you could fill the gas tankSo now I have to deal with that soul less and brainless gaggle of mns tomorrowThis is hands down the worst business I have ever dealt with, ever

The first years of me having the lifetime powertrain warranty on my Dodge have been greatI lost reverse gear on my trans and they took my car in and fixed itNo questions askedThen at 118,miles my timing belt wentAgain, they took the car in and fixed it no questions askedOn Oct 12th, the timing belt went again and apparently you're supposed to get it changed every 100,milesHad I known that I would've brought it in to get it changed thenAlso, given the fact that they changed my timing belt the last time at 118,miles, there was no cause for me to believe that this instance would be any differentThe last repair tech didn't even mention that I would need to bring it in before the next 100,miles to be maintained e

Tire pressure sensor turned on.I took to their service and they informed me of a tire patch installed to the side wall of tire
When I bought my Dodge Dart shortly after my tire pressure sensor turned onAs I have been told before this may be caused by weather changesWith this information I just started putting air in the tireAfter noticing I would have to do this about once a week I thought there might be more to this issue than just weather changes so I scheduled a service inspectionAfter the inspection to my surprise I was told there is a tire patch in the outer wall of the tire that has been giving me issuesThe service inspector then informed me that it is dangerous to drive a car with a tire patch in the outer wall and illegal to install tire patches to the outer wall of a tireAnd recommended a new tire for $When I requested a sales manager to explain my issue they sent my sales consultant to see what was going on (Thomas ***) I explained my issue to T

not informed of all repairs needed recommended by service technician
in early December, my Town and Country was brought into the dealer for key fob issues with the doors, and hatch
was told passdoor wiring harness was bad and dollars to fix
I asked about key fob and was informed no problem found at this time
I okayed the repair
hours later, problems reoccurred
brought back week after Christmas, and was informed key fob buttons were worn out, and would cost to fix after discount
I okayed the repair
My wife picked up the van, and ran into the tech that originally worked on the vehicle, and informed my wife he originally suggested key fob in early December
He was quickly shooed off by the service writer, and was told it would be handled
Had I known about this ahead of time, I would have fixed the key fob now, and not the wiring harness, and *** have done that at later time
Why wasn't I told about the key fob in the first place???
hmmmmm
