Purchased the car April 12, - it has been to the service department five times already
Horrible experience with their service departmentWe bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee on April 12, and I've had to take it to the service department FIVE times already It started with a couple of days in to the purchase the oil change light turned on, I called them and they said that the oil change most likely was done but the sensor not reset...took it in and that was fixed Called the service department to let them know that the car was not starting right away upon pressing the start button yet it turns on right away when turned on using the remote start button, brought it in and they couldn't find the problem Got the car back, my husband was on his way to work and the car broke down on the highway, it completely shut down We had to have the car towed to back to the service department, they informed me that a belt and the alternator had to be replaced, went ahead payed my ded
