My wife went to buy a Jeep on 7/in her name alone I was not with her They ran my credit without permission - no signature
On 7/my wife *** *** went in to buy a new Jeep The sale person, whom we used before told her to complete all the household information on a sheet (including her husbands) She put my DOB and SS, but next to it there was a line for a signature authorization to run credit She asked several times that my credit would not be run, correct? VERY DISAPPOINTED ON SERVICE AND THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSE TO MY NEW VEHICLE
I purchase a ram in the pass * weeks they treated me with the most respect when I bought the truck as soon as we drove of I had called back the next day to ask a question they treated me like I bought a used car and not a XXXXX truck miles later the truck bolt on the suspension goes lose and my suspension is falling off the service manager tells me I need to drive the car back from Orlando Florida dodge to Tampa Florida dodge because I pulled in a Orlando dodge and got told that my truck IM paying for 100k miles warranty was not covered there so after fighting Orlando dodge goes out and tighten bolt and we drive to Tampa Florida dealer a week later to get there and ask for a courtesy car and they tell me they don't have any and can't give me any while there of them sitting in front of the dealership I call Chrysler headquarter and they must of call dealer because then they come out and offer

I spoke to Ms Savannah F* a couple of weeks ago about bringing my vehicle to the shop for repair while I was waiting on a part I took my Chrysler TC Maserati to the shop on March 15th because she told me I could bring it for repair I spoke to Ms Savannah on March 22nd; she then told me the mechanic refuse to work on the car because the parts are too rusty I went to the shop on March 23rd I found out that the box contain the part wasn't even opened I spoke to the manager; he told me the reason they didn't work on the car is because the part didn't meet their safety standard I had to pay $again to tow the car back to my house They waisted my time and money

Can't say enough good things about Carl J., our Sales Consultant at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership! My wife & I went there yesterday (Sun, 1/7) to look at a used pitruck we saw advertised on their Internet website We were met immediately by Carl J*** Carl is a very nice man, a "no pressure" sales professional who helped us from start to finish with our purchase We were offered a very good sales price for the used truck we were interested in, as well as a very good price for our trade-in...we decided to buy the truck & trade our existing vehicle in Other dealership staff we came in contact with were also very friendly The entire experience turned out to be a very pleasant one! [The only negative was the long wait to close the deal, as one of the Finance personnel was out sick.] We would recommend the Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership -- especially Carl -- to anyone shopping for a used or new vehicle!
